Here's the Scoop....

Vince Neil has surrendered to authorities in Nevada, where he'll
serve 15 days behind bars on a DUI charge.

The Motley Crue star will serve his sentence at Clark County
Detention Center.

Vince pleaded guilty to a 2010 DUI charge on January 26.

After serving time behind bars, Vince will be placed on house
arrest for 15 days before heading out on tour in South America
with Motley Crue.

Talking about his DUI shame, Vince recently said, "I made a
mistake, and I have to finally learn my lesson and go do a
little bit of time. I've already learned my lesson. I just
have to move on and get past it and get it behind me."

Frankie Muniz caught up in bizarre fight story...

Another former child star is in trouble with the law!

Frankie Muniz is named in a police report about a fiery domestic
dispute.

Phoenix, Arizona police officials were called to the actor's home
after an altercation between Frankie and his girlfriend, Elycia
Turnbow, escalated. Elycia told cops that her boyfriend "grabbed
a gun and held it to his head, possibly with the intent of
committing suicide."

His actions prompted her to call a friend and ask him to take the
actor to hospital.

Frankie insists he went to hospital after banging his head in a
fall.

In his report, he insists he never put a gun to his head, but did
grab the case holding the unloaded pistol.

Cops did find the gun, and it was loaded, according to other
tabloid reports.

Frankie and Elycia continued to fight after he returned home
following his release from hospital and his girlfriend claims
Frankie attacked her.

He has denied assaulting his girlfriend, telling police, "I love
her too much. She is the woman I want to marry."

Reports suggest the fight was over ex-lovers. The couple has been
warned another altercation like Friday night's will result in a
jail spell.

A statement from a representative for Frankie reads, "Frankie and
Elycia had an argument a few days ago. The police were called to
the residence. A gun played no part in the argument and was
voluntarily given to the police for safekeeping. There were no
bruises and neither left the residence. He was not suicidal. She
was not assaulted."

And it seems the drama is over, the rep adds, "They are moving
forward with their lives and with their relationship."

Lady Gaga: 'Madonna supports Born This Way'...

Lady Gaga has addressed accusations she ripped off Madonna's
"Express Yourself" in her new single "Born This Way,"
insisting she's received the Queen of Pop's "complete support"
over the track.

Gaga sparked a huge buzz in the lead up to releasing her highly-
anticipated track, which she hailed as an anthem for a new
generation.

But following the release, thousands of fans, as well as online
critics, pointed out the track is almost identical to Madonna's
1989 classic.

During an interview with chat show host Jay Leno, Gaga failed to
dismiss the criticisms, but insisted the Material Girl has no
issue with her song, and so neither should anybody else.

She said, "There is really no one that is a more adoring and
loving Madonna fan than me. I am the hugest fan personally and
professionally.

"Well, the good news is that I got an email from her people and
her, sending me their love and complete support on behalf of
the single and if the queen says it shall be, then it shall be."

Hospitalized Elizabeth Taylor's Health Is Improving...

It's good news for Elizabeth Taylor!

A week after checking into an L.A. hospital for symptoms
associated with congestive heart failure, the Hollywood icon
is showing marked improvement.

"Since being admitted, there has been steady improvement in her
condition, and over the weekend she has had visits from family
and close friends," says a statement from reps for the legendary
actress, 78, who suffers from an ongoing heart condition. "Her
medical team is gratified by her progress to date, and it is
hoped and expected that this will continue over the next few
days. For now, she will remain under their care in the hospital
for continued monitoring."

While Elizabeth is enjoying visits from those close to her, "she
is sleeping and resting a lot, which she really needs to recover
her strength," her rep Sally Morrison says. "Due to symptoms of
congestive heart failure, she is still being monitored and
continues to need rest to recover her strength. She did not have
a heart attack."

Symptoms of congestive heart failure include difficulty breathing
and fluid in the lungs.

Elizabeth, who underwent heart surgery in October 2009,
appreciates support of her loyal fans. As the statement continues:
"Friends and fans around the world should be reassured that
Elizabeth Taylor is in good hands and receiving the best possible
care from her skilled and dedicated doctors and nurses."

*-*-* GUESS WHO *-*-*-

This country star didn't sing for his supper at La Fete du
Cinema, a fundraiser for the Nashville Film Festival, he
painted for it...

It's Brad Paisley...

The multi-talented musician/singer/songwriter and budding visual
artist has had no formal training, "unless you count watching
[PBS's] Bob Ross," he says.

But his original piece of art earned $5,500 during the night's
live auction.

Brad says he did the background of the oil painting at home, and
completed it during the cocktail hour at The Standard at the
Smith House, the historic building that was also the site of
Brad's video for Whiskey Lullaby.

Brad, wife Kimberly Williams-Paisley, and their good friends
Tracie and Scott Hamilton were celebrity co-hosts of the event,
which also drew Rascal Flatts members Joe Don Rooney and Jay
DeMarcus and their wives Tiffany and Allison; The Band Perry;
Bryan and Erika White; and Craig and Karen Morgan.
