Blake Lively was spotted at a Sprinkles Cupcakes store in New York on Friday, creating a sweet treat, which will be sold to raise charity cash.
An eyewitness reveals, "she came in with girlfriends to create it. Blake helped design and add her own touches to it."
"It's a S'mores cupcake. It features a Graham cracker bottom, deep gooey chocolate, and a S'mores-like burned marshmallowy top."
Blake's cupcake will make its debut in January and all proceeds will benefit Oxfam International Somalia.

Brooke Mueller checks into full-time rehab program...
Brooke Mueller has ditched her outpatient rehabilitation program and checked into a drug recovery center to overcome her addiction issues away from the media spotlight.
Brooke entered the part-time treatment plan following her arrest on suspicion of third degree assault and drug possession in Aspen, Colo., following a scuffle at a nightclub on December 2. She was also booked on possession of cocaine with intent to distribute.
Brooke initially signed up for a rigorous outpatient program so she could spend time with her twin sons by Charlie Sheen, Bob and Max, but she has now decided to focus all of her efforts on kicking her drug problems.
Her representative, Steve Honig, reveals, "After further reflection and consideration, Brooke has decided to remove herself from the media spotlight and has entered a long term in-patient treatment center where she can focus on her recovery without distraction.
"She has already arrived at the facility and, out of respect for her privacy, no further information will be released about her treatment. Brooke's goal is to maintain her sobriety and she believes this is the best option to reach that goal."
And Honig insists Brooke's treatment will not impact her custody arrangement with Charlie.
He adds, "Brooke will retain custody of the children, who will remain in their home and familiar surroundings and be under the care of their longtime nanny. Charlie and Brooke's parents fully support her decision and everyone recognizes the importance of maintaining the children's normal routine."
Ryder replacing pregnant Gyllenhaal in the Iceman movie...
Winona Ryder has stepped in to replace pregnant actress Maggie Gyllenhaal in an upcoming film about notorious killer Richard "The Iceman" Kuklinski.
"The Dark Knight" actress was initially due to portray the wife of the infamous Mafia contract killer opposite Michael Shannon, but Maggie, who announced her second pregnancy last month, has since walked away from the role and Winona has been cast in her place, according to reports.
It's the second major casting revamp in recent weeks - James Franco was previously tapped to star as The Iceman's mentor, but the "127 Hours" actor quit the project due to contractual issues.
Franco's role has since been filled by "Captain America" actor Chris Evans.
Ray Liotta and David Schwimmer are also attached to the movie, which is set for release in 2013.

Fantasia Barrino Welcomes a Baby Boy...
Fantasia Barrino has a new little backup singer.
The American Idol season 3 winner gave birth to a baby boy, Dallas Xavier Barrino, her rep says. Baby Dallas made his debut on Tuesday in North Carolina at 7 lbs., 9 oz. and 21 inches long. He joins big sister Zion, 10.
"I feel so blessed that my son Dallas Xavier was born healthy, and is a wonderful new addition to our family," Fantasia, 27, says. "I thank all my fans for their well wishes and continued support."
The singer expressed her joy about the new baby when she revealed in August she was pregnant, telling the audience at a charity concert in Florida: "So, this child that I carry - God has given me this child. And I don't have to hide it from none of y'all."
In October, she announced she was having a boy, and shared that she'd been placed on bed rest as she came into the home stretch of the pregnancy.
Fantasia has not spoken about the baby's father, but the singer has been romantically linked to Antwaun Cook since summer 2010.
Katie Couric & Brooks Perlin Split...
Katie Couric and her boyfriend, entrepreneur Brooks Perlin, have called it quits after five years together, a rep for Katie confirms.
The couple were "at different stages in their careers," says a friend of Katie's, who adds, "the split was inevitable."
Katie, 54, and Brooks, 37, met at a 2006 fundraising event for cancer research. Katie's husband, Jay Monahan, died of colon cancer in 1998, at age 42.
After her breakup, Katie, who hosts ABC's The Year, a two hour special collaboration with PEOPLE that airs Dec. 15 and looks back at the newsmakers of 2011, is "full of energy and just as active and engaged as always," says the friend.
"Brooks is a good guy," the friend continues, "but there is a time for each relationship - and the time is past for this one."
In May, Katie, whose new syndicated ABC daytime talk show will begin next September, saying her relationship with Brooks was "complicated," and that much had been made of the fact that she was dating someone 17 years her junior.
"I'm in the process of figuring out the future, and so is he," she said at the time.

"He was pretty terrified," Scarlett Johansson said at the movie's New York premiere.
"He was definitely sweating a bit, and maybe the sweat formed in the corner of his eye. I said, 'Matt, these kids are practically juggling the snakes. Hold it together.'"
"I'm afraid of snakes," Matt admitted. "And I got bullied into interacting with them by Scarlett and the kids."
There were other frightening moments for Matt, most memorably a scene where he had to sit inside a small car as a large bear pawed at the window.
"The size of the thing was so awesome and humbling," Matt said. "Something like that could just kill you by accident. They're just so huge and strong."
