Brooke Wants to Save Marriage to Charlie Sheen...
Brooke Mueller wants to make every effort to salvage her
marriage to Charlie Sheen and has asked famous criminal
lawyer Yale Galanter to modify the protective order so
that she and her husband can see each other and work out
their issues.
"Brooke and Charlie are very passionate about each other,
they love each other and want to try and save their
marriage," Galanter said Wednesday. "They had a bad night
and want to get beyond it. They want to try and resolve
their issues."
Galanter, who practices law in Florida and has represented
O.J. Simpson, says he filed papers in Aspen, Colo., on
Wednesday to alter the protective order put in place after
Charlie's domestic violence arrest. He says Charlie, and
Brooke, who are parents to twin boys, are seeking privacy
to deal with their problems.
"They have absolutely gorgeous little babies and will do
all they can to work out their problems," Galanter says.
"I filed papers so the couple can see each other
immediately and work through the issues. I hope to meet
with Charlie's lawyer in court in the next day or so,
but probably not before Monday."

Russell Brand and Katy Perry engaged???
Comedian Russell Brand has proposed to his pop star girlfriend
Katy Perry, according to reports.
Russell, who began dating Katy in September, sparked rumors he
would settle down with the singer after he was photographed
shopping for a diamond ring at a Cartier jewelry store earlier
this month.
According to reports, Russell proposed during Katy's trip to
his native Britain last week.
A source says, "He asked her to marry him last week and she
quickly said yes.
"They don't know when the wedding will be but they are
planning to make it in 2010 if the schedules can work.
Russell is searching for a jewelry designer to create a
ring in time for the New Year."
Spokespersons for Katy and Russell were not available for
comment.

Kim Kardashian sued by diet cookie maker...
Socialite Kim Kardashian is embroiled in a legal battle with
a diet cookie manufacturer, after reportedly branding its
sweet weight loss treats "unhealthy."
The "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" star kicked off the
row with bosses at Dr. Siegal's Cookie Diet Company,
accusing them of falsely claiming she was endorsing
their brand.
CEO Matthew Siegal, son of the celebrity doctor behind the
weight loss program, countered by filing his own lawsuit
in Miami Dade County, Florida, on Tuesday morning, after
discovering Kim used her Twitter.com blog to claim Dr
Siegal's cookies are unhealthy.
Siegal claims Kim had "commercial motive" for the attack
because she is a spokesperson for a rival weight
loss program QuickTrim.
Siegal says: "We received a letter a week ago asking us to
remove a link to a news story (that we did notwrite) on our
Web site that implied she was using and endorsing our product.
And although we did this we discovered that more than a month
before, Kim had made her comments on Twitter claiming our
product was 'unhealthy' while somebody also leaked a letter
from her lawyers to our company to a celebrity Web site."
Siegal is seeking unspecified damages against Kim.

Renee Zellweger and Bradley Cooper buy first home???
Renee Zellweger and Bradley Cooper will start the New Year with
a new house after reportedly spending $4 million on their first
home together.
The loved-up couple has only been dating for a few months, but
the stars were snapped house-hunting in early December.
According to reports, the actors have settled on a four-
bedroom place in the Pacific Palisades community in California.
And Bradley is so happy with their new home, "The Hangover" star
even gave his parents a mini-tour of the place when they
visited over Christmas.
A source also says, "Bradley and Renee were proud to be sharing
their new house with his parents. They looked happy together and
very much in love."
But the couple plan on making a few changes of their own to the
property before moving in.
The insider adds, "They have already lots of plans for the
renovations. They're both homebodies, and they can't wait to
have a place to entertain friends and just be together."

It's Kevin Jonas...
Kevin wed his longtime girlfriend in a romantic ceremony at
Oheka Castle in Long Island, New York, on December 19,
which was conducted by Jonas' father, Kevin Sr., an
ordained minister.
They were joined by 400 guests, including celebrity pals
Demi Lovato, Jordin Sparks and Joey Fatone.
Kevin admits he was an emotional wreck when it was time to
exchange vows, because Deleasa looked so beautiful.
Kevin says, "When I saw her, I lost it. Once I lost it, it
was like a tidal wave."
