Here's the Scoop....
Angelina Jolie is facing legal action over her upcoming directorial debut following allegations of copyright infringement from a Croatian journalist.
Angelina wrote and directed "In The Land of Blood and Honey," which chronicles the romance between a rape and kidnap victim and one of her captors and is set against the backdrop of the 1990s Bosnian Civil War.
Angelina and the producers of the film, which is set to be released on December 23, have been hit with a lawsuit from reporter James Braddock, who claims the movie violates copyright of his 2007 book "The Soul Shattering."
In the suit, filed in Illinois on Friday, Braddock alleges he met with Edin Sarkic, a producer on the film, in 2008 to talk about the possibility of turning his book into a film but nothing came of the discussions.
Braddock is seeking statutory damages and an injunction against the film.

Judge allows Brooke Mueller to return to Los Angeles...
A Colorado judge has granted Charlie Sheen's ex-wife Brooke Mueller permission to return to Los Angeles following her weekend arrest in Aspen, Colorado.
Embattled Brooke, who has twin boys with the actor, was taken into custody on Friday on suspicion of third degree assault and cocaine possession following a scuffle at a nightclub.
Brooke, who has previously spent time in rehab for addiction issues, was released from Pitkin County Jail on Saturday after posting an $11,000 bond.
Her lawyers filed a request with a Pitkin County judge to allow Brooke to head home to California with her sons. She landed in Los Angeles on Monday.
She has been ordered to return to the winter holiday resort on December 19 for a court hearing.
Alec Baldwin's Twitter Deactivated After Plane Drama...
Alec Baldwin arrived at JFK airport in New York City Tuesday night after Tweeting that he was removed from an earlier flight for playing the mobile game Words With Friends on board.
But he also made another key departure: from Twitter.
Alec, 50, now has a deactived Twitter account after he documented the drama in real time on the social media site.
"Flight attendant on American reamed me out 4 playing WORDS W FRIENDS while we sat at the gate, not moving," he first Tweeted on Tuesday, before going on to blast the airline.
"#nowonderamericaairisbankrupt," he wrote, followed by, "Now on the 3 o'clock American flight. The flight attendants already look... smarter."
Still, he wasn't done sounding off on the flight attendants, also adding: "#theresalwaysunited Last flight w American. Where retired Catholic school gym teachers from the 1950's find jobs as flight attendants."
Though he may be Tweet-free now, Alec could be back - if other stars' Twitter departures are any indication. Miley Cyrus, Chris Brown, Jesse James and Lily Allen all swore off the site, only to eventually return.
And his rep says Alec's departure from Twitter is indeed temporary, revealing, "It's just on hold while he focuses on 30 Rock."

Lady Gaga and buzzed-about beau Taylor Kinney were spotted sharing some backstage PDA at the KIIS-FM Jingle Ball at L.A.'s Nokia Theatre.
The two kept their hands to themselves in public, but they were spotted embracing in the privacy of the hallway backstage. While some of the actor's Vampire Diaries costars were at the show, and even walked the red carpet, he stuck by Gaga for her headlining performance, and onlookers later spotted the two holding hands and acting like a couple.
Jennifer Carpenter, Michael C. Hall Finalize Divorce...
It's officially over for Dexter costars Michael C. Hall and Jennifer Carpenter.
The exes, who play siblings Dexter and Debra Morgan on Showtime's hit series, had their divorce finalized on Friday, according to court documents.
Michael, 40, and Jennifer, 31, wed on New Year's Eve in 2008.
Separating in August 2010, Jennifer then filed for divorce, citing irreconcilable differences, in December. They have no children.

The singer gave birth to twins Moroccan and Monroe in April, but carrying the babies took its toll on the singer.
However, rather than fully resting, Mariah summoned her music pals to her bedside to record a song she wrote during her pregnancy.
She reveals, "I have done one song. I was pregnant when I was writing it. I was in so much pain. I was laying on this bed and we had a studio set up in the room. JD (Jermaine Dupri) was there and Randy Jackson was playing bass live and it was just this whole moment. I love it a lot.�
