Linda Thompson Addresses Bruce Jenner's Gender Transition...
Linda Thompson has addressed ex-husband Bruce Jenner's gender transition.

The 64-year-old singer penned an op-ed for the Huffington Post published after Jenner's interview with Diane Sawyer aired Friday. The highly-anticipated television special saw the 65-year-old reality star confirm he is indeed transitioning from a man to a woman he calls "Her" for now.

Thompson and Jenner were married from 1981 to 1986, and have two children together: sons Brandon and Brody Jenner. Jenner revealed he is transgender during the marriage, and Thompson confessed she initially sought to "fix" the Olympian with therapy.

"I was pretty ignorant of the fact that being transgender isn't something that can be overcome, fixed, prayed away, exorcised or obliterated by any other arcane notion," she wrote. "Being transgender, like being gay, tall, short, white, black, male, or female, is another part of the human condition that makes each individual unique, and something over which we have no control."

"As devastated as I was, my heart bled for Bruce and what he must have lived with his entire life," she recalled. "It's impossible for those of us who are comfortable living in our own skin to fully grasp what an imprisonment that must feel like to be born into the wrong body."

"My hope and my prayer is that humanity has evolved enough and been properly educated to exercise kindness toward those who have struggled or who we may perceive to be 'different,'" she concluded. "I pray we may all challenged ourselves to delve into the deepest resources of our hearts to cultivate an atmosphere of understanding, acceptance, tolerance and compassion."

Jay Z Is Not Used To Failure... He's On The Defensive About His New Service Tidal...
Jay Z went on a rant on his rarely used Twitter Sunday, defending the level of success of his music streaming service Tidal.

The service had a surge of attention and subscribers following the announcement but since then has dropped out of the top 750 app downloads on Apple's iTunes.

Tidal is doing just fine. We have over 770,000 subs. We have been in business less than one month. #TidalFacts Mr. Carter (@S_C_) April 26, 2015

We are here for the long haul. Please give us a chance to grow & get better. #TidalFacts Mr. Carter (@S_C_) April 26, 2015

Comparing his service to iTunes and Spotify, he reminded followers those didn't have immediate success either.

Jay Z invited other top artists including Kanye West, Rihanna and Jack White to join in on the venture but other artists have criticized the service as only beneficial if you're already a big name.

"I think they totally blew it by bringing out a bunch of millionaires and billionaires and propping them up onstage and then having them all complain about not being paid," said Death Cab for Cutie's Ben Gibbard.

Jay Z said his service supports indie artists more than his competitors and returns most of the royalties to the artists.

There are many big companies that are spending millions on a smear campaign. We are not anti-anyone, we are pro-artist & fan. #TidalFacts Mr. Carter (@S_C_) April 26, 2015

Indie artists who want to work directly w/ us keep 100% of their music. "If you don't want the CEOs all in the videos" haa #tidalfacts Mr. Carter (@S_C_) April 26, 2015

Tidal pays 75% royalty rate to ALL artists, writers and producers - not just the founding members on stage.

Kim Richards Checks Into Rehab,...
Reality television personality Kim Richards has checked into a live-in facility in Malibu to undergo treatment for substance abuse.

TMZ reported the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star decided to seek help last week after consulting with her family and is committed to staying at the facility for "as long as it takes" to get her problem under control.

Richards was arrested this month after an incident at the Beverly Hills Hotel. She was booked for trespass, resisting arrest, battery on a police officer, and public drunkenness.

Tom Hardy Says He Bored 'Mad Max' Star Mel Gibson...
The 37-year-old actor recalled his first encounter with the 59-year-old star in an interview with Details magazine. Hardy will portray the title character in Mad Max: Fury Road, and met with Gibson, who starred in the original Mad Max films, to discuss the role.

"I needed to meet Mel purely from a young man's perspective," he related. "I want to touch base with the previous Max and just say hello. And is it okay? Because I'm taking on Max, I have to meet Max. It's awkward. 'You're Mad Max. I'm Tommy Hardy, and I'm playing him.'"

"He was bored with me," the actor confessed. "He said, 'All right, buddy, good luck with that.' Bless him. I made him a bracelet. And then we talked for a couple hours about all kinds of stuff. I left, and that was that. And then he called up my agent and said, 'I think you found someone that's crazier than I am.'"

George Miller directed Gibson in Mad Max (1979), Mad Max 2 (1981) and Mad Max Beyond Thunderdome (1985), and returned to helm Hardy in Mad Max: Fury Road. The movies follow a former law enforcement officer as he contends with criminals in a dystopic Australian wasteland.

??? Guess Who ???

The pop-star who crashed a high school prom over the weekend???

It's Justin Bieber... We can only imagine that's what every student from Chatsworth High School in Los Angeles was thinking when Justin Bieber made an appearance at their school dance over the weekend.

The Chatsworth senior class tweeted at Bieber posting: "Justin Bieber showing up at our prom? I think we know who had the best prom this year."

The party crasher responded: @CCHSRoyals always wanted to go to prom. Thanks for having me. #promcrasher :)

Most excited students took to social media to share their experience. Bieber reposted some fan videos from the night.

One lucky girl even got to share a dance with the "Baby" singer.

The 21-year-old admitted in the April issue of Men's Health that becoming famous at such a young age contributed in him missing out on certain things.

"I had to grow up so quick. And it was almost like I grew up for the public but I didn't necessarily grow up. There were things I had to do, as far as the way I had to make relationships, and conversation, but as far as actually growing up, there were a lot of things I missed out on."
