Here's the Scoop....

Miley Cyrus' alleged stalker will NOT face attempted stalking
charges after a jury ruled there wasn't enough evidence!

Mark McLeod, 53, was arrested twice over the summer when Miley
was filming The Last Song in Georgia. Not only did he make
"inappropriate comments" to some of Miley's fans, but he also
claimed that he was engaged to Miley who sent him "secret
messages" on the set of Hannah Montana.

He was considered "a danger" to Miley by a judge as McLeod was
facing counts of attempted stalking, obstruction of a police
officer and disturbing the peace.

But the grand jury at the Chatham County State Court had the
final say and they agreed they couldn't indict him because of
the lack of evidence.

Hopefully he doesn't cause any more problems, for Miley's sake!

Mark Wahlberg Expecting a Girl...

It's an equal-opportunity family for Mark Wahlberg, who's
expecting his fourth child with wife Rhea Durham.

"I'm having another girl," Mark says. "So I'll have two
girls and two boys."

But four is probably enough for the family...

"I'm the youngest of nine, and my dad has a few others. No,
four is enough," Mark said. "We were all raised with a lot of
love. But we didn't get the kind of attention I think that
we all needed. My parents had to provide to put food on the
table. My mission in life is to raise my kids right. With
all the success I've had in the world, if I fail at that, my
life means nothing."

Still, Mark says he'll leave family planning up to Rhea.

"My wife is allowed to pick the magic number? as many as she
wants to have," he said. "What I want to do is I want to raise
my kids right. I want to give them the world, but I also want
them to appreciate it."

As it is, brother Jim Wahlberg said he suspects Mark's clan
will continue to grow. "He's good to go! He ain?t stoppin',"
said the sibling. "He's got beautiful kids."

Mark and Rhea are parents to Ella Rae, 6, Michael, 3 ½,
and Brendan Joseph, 13 months.

Megan Fox, Ashley Tisdale Also Victims of Burglary Gang...

The list of celebrity burglary victims continues to grow: Megan
Fox, Brian Austin Green and Ashley Tisdale were also allegedly
burglarized by a teenage crime ring.

Paris Hilton, Lindsay Lohan, Rachel Bilson, Audrina Patridge and
Orlando Bloom were previously confirmed as burglary victims.

Officer Brett Goodkin stated that millions of dollars of property
is believed to have been stolen by an L.A.-area gang of teen
suspects between late 2008 and Sept. 2009.

When asked if he would characterize the group as professional
thieves, Goodkin replied, "I wouldn't say this was just a
misguided scavenger hunt. There were at least 10 victims, and
these were very serious crimes alleged. The suspects in this case
are not 12-year-old children... We have every indication this was
a very successful, busy burglary crew."

Rachel Lee, 19, Diana Tamayo, 19, Courtney Ames, 18, Alexis Neiers,
18, and Roy Lopez, Jr., 27, were all arrested in connection to the
crimes. Nicholas Prugo, 18, was arrested last month and has been
formally accused of the Lohan and Patridge burglaries.

It makes for a nice movie scene... boyfriend pops question over
romantic dinner in Paris while ring lies buried in a box of
chocolates, but don't be fooled by a supermarket tabloid story
that wedding bells will soon ring for Mary-Kate Olsen.

Mary-Kate, who has been dating Nate Lowman since 2008 after they
metthrough mutual friends, is neither engaged nor preparing a
prenuptial agreement, despite published reports. "Even though
this information continues to be reported as 'fact,' the stories
regarding Mary-Kate being engaged are not in any way accurate,"
Olsen's rep says.

Mary-Kate, and her beau have been a fixture on the New York
nightlife scene and most recently attended Paris Fashion Week
together. She'll next be seen onscreen in Beastly, costarring
Neil Patrick Harris and Vanessa Hudgens.

*-*-* GUESS WHO *-*-*-

This late Hollywood star didn't forget her gay fans in her will.
The actress left $300,000 to help fund a shelter for homeless
homosexual youths...

It's Bea Arthur...

Bea's estate has bestowed the huge sum to the Ali Forney Center
in New York, which helps home young members of the lesbian, gay,
bisexual and transgender (LGBT) communities who have been
disowned by their families.

Bosses at the charity have confirmed the money will go towards
a new 12-person property, which is to be named in Bea's honor.

Ali Forney Center Executive Director Carl Siciliano says, "We
work with hundreds of young people who are rejected by their
families because of who they are.

"We are overwhelmed with gratitude that Bea saw that LGBT youth
deserve as much love and support as any other young person, and
that she placed so much value in the work we do to protect them,
and to help them rebuild their lives."

Bea lost her battle with cancer in April. She was 86.
