Here's the Scoop....

Actress Sandra Bullock risks the wrath of U.S. authorities every Christmas by importing German sausages to fry up for her traditional family meal.

Sandra's late mother, German opera singer Helga Meyer, always served the delicacies over the holiday season, and she is determined to continue the ritual, despite strict regulations about bringing animal products into the U.S.

Sandra tells talk host Jay Leno, "Since my mother passed, we break the law, because we have to manage to smuggle German sausages into the country, and apparently bringing meats across the waters is against the law."

"You fry 'em up with some sauerkraut and potato salad, but they have to be the right ones. We just have to break the law a little bit, but eventually someone's package gets through.

"I'm not at liberty to divulge how we smuggle the sausage."

Now, let's get to the rest of the nooz...

Spears' ex brands engagement as 'fake'...

Britney Spears' ex-husband Jason Alexander is concerned about the pop star's plans to marry Jason Trawick because he's convinced their relationship is "fake."

The singer wed childhood pal Alexander on a whim in Las Vegas back in 2004, but the couple had its marriage annulled less than three days later.

Britney's former agent Jason proposed to her last week - but Alexander fears his one-time love is making another mistake.

He comments, "It's sort of sad... I know everyone wants me to be happy about this, but I am not. I think it's fake and I think people are afraid to say it... If you look at all the pictures between them there is no connection. They look like they are going through the motions."

But not all of Britney's exes feel the same way - Kevin Federline, the father of Britney's sons Sean Preston and Jayden James, recently insisted he was "really happy" for his former wife.

Britney and Kevin divorced in 2007.

Actor Gerard Butler was hospitalized over the weekend when a surfing stunt for the upcoming movie "Of Men and Mavericks" went wrong.

The star was filming in Northern California when a large wave brought him crashing down, leaving him struggling to keep his head above the water.

Surfer Frank Quirarte writes in a post on his ESPN Action Sports blog, "Butler was held down for a solid two-waves and took four or five more waves on the head.

Gerard was taken to Stanford University Medical Center and checked over for injuries before being released.

It's Kanye West...

Kanye flew into a rage after he spotted the cards being flung onstage at Washington's Tacoma Dome, where he was performing with Jay-Z as part of their Watch the Throne tour.

He ordered the culprit to own up or otherwise he would have security kick out that entire section of the venue.

He told the audience, "I see it come from that direction... Unless one person raises their hand and says, 'I'm the one who did it', all that whole section gotta go."

Kanye also slammed the mystery gig-goer for making their elaborate set dangerous by tossing the cards onto the stage.

He added, "We risking our lives up here, you can't go throwing s- that we gonna slip on."
