Trey Songz has signed to play one of the leads in The Texas Chainsaw Massacre 3D, Clint Eastwood's youngest son Scott Eastwood.
This will be his big screen acting debut, and biased on his lack of acting experience and the rules of horror films, we doubt the rapper make it to the second act alive.
Who knows? Maybe we'll be delightfully surprised!
Trey's hits include: "Girl Tonight," "Canâ??t Help But Wait," His most recent album, Passion, Pain and Pleasure, was released last year and yielded the hit "Bottoms Up."

Grey's Anatomy Star Eric Dane Checks Into Rehab...
Grey's Anatomy star Eric Dane recently entered a rehab clinic in Los Angeles to battle an addiction to painkillers.
"Actor Eric Dane voluntarily checked himself into a treatment facility to help him get off of pain medication that he was prescribed for a sports injury that he suffered over the recent hiatus. He reports back to work next week. Business as usual," his rep says in a statement.
The news comes just a few weeks after announcing that Eric, 38, and his wife Rebecca Gayheart, 39, are expecting their second child. Daughter Billie is 16 months old.
Leonardo DiCaprio Dumps Blake Lively...
According to reports, Blake Lively has been dumped!
After dating lifelong crush Leonardo DiCaprio for months, she finally hit a wall... his mother.
Leo recently took Blake out to meet Irmelin DiCaprio, and that's where it all went wrong.
Apparently she was really nervous so she wouldn't shut up about herself, only talking about Gossip Girl and being a Chanel model.
Because she seemed so into herself, Irmelin couldn't stand the girl.
Leo, one of Hollywood's most well-known 'mama's boys,' took her advice and told Blake he needed his space.
A close friend of Blake's is telling reporters she is devastated and "a total mess."

Maya Rudolph & Paul Thomas Anderson Welcome Son...
It's a boy for Maya Rudolph.
The Bridesmaids star, 38, and director Paul Thomas Anderson welcomed their third child, son Jack, on July 3.
Jack, who is home and doing great, joins big sisters Pearl, 5½, and Lucille, 20 months.
While pregnant, Maya said she was especially excited to discover the sex of the baby, which she and Paul chose not to find out prior to the delivery.
"The exciting part is not knowing who's coming," she explained. "You have to wait nine months for a surprise, but then it's a good payoff because it really is a surprise."
Maya next appears in Up All Night, premiering this fall on NBC.
Michelle Obama to Appear on Extreme Makeover: Home Edition...
The First Lady will soon be making her network reality TV debut.
Michelle Obama will guest star on ABC's Extreme Makeover: Home Edition as part of an outreach program to military veterans.
On Thursday, Michelle will travel to Fayetteville, N.C., to help expand a community resource center for homeless female vets located just outside of Ft. Bragg, the White House says.
She will work on building a new greenhouse and children's play area and participate as part of the "Joining Forces" initiative she founded with Dr. Jill Biden to assist veterans and their families.

But soon Bette has a change of heart. In another Tweet, she writes, "Let's drink this over at the Emmys in September. Fabulous mermaids can coexist!"
