Hello Music Lovers:
I was listening to a particular favored Artist of mine today
while working and decided to share with you one of his many
hits for this week's video. The song is "Folsom Prison Blues"
and the man is none other than the unrivaled Johnny Cash.
The video is a live performance, which I believe is better
because it gives us a better look at the music and how it was
actually performed back when rock reigned supreme. Read the
description for a brief, interesting history on this partic-
ular song.
Rock n' Roll!

A primary benefit of exercising with a Bodytrends exercise ball
as opposed to exercising directly on a hard flat surface is that
the body responds to the instability of the ball to remain
balanced, engaging many more muscles to do so. Those muscles
become stronger over time to keep balance. Most frequently, the
core body muscles - the abdominal muscles and back muscles - are
the focus of exercise ball fitness programs.
FEATURES:
- Includes Air Pump
- Anti Burst 9" Exercise Ball
- Burst resistant heavy gauge PVC vinyl for durability
- Ball can be used at home, in the gym, or clinic
- Increase stability and flexibility
