1 Corinthians 13:6

[Love] does not rejoice in iniquity.

Greetings Bible Enthusiast!

It is not uncommon for a group of children to gather around two of their peers who are 'having at each other' with fists, sometimes fingernails, and even pulling of hair and tearing of clothes. These same children will giggle and laugh when a peer is being made fun of by the school's bully.

We like to think, as adults, that we have matured out of this, yet lights flashing on police cars seem to draw people like magnets. Some bystanders sincerely want to see if they can help, but many are simply curious. It is a form of entertainment to watch as real life tragedy or crime is played out in front of them. Thus, the popularity of violence and crime in the movies. If you find yourself in any of these situations, remind yourself of the above scripture.

God Bless You!

Q. What did Hagar call the name of the Lord?

Answer below.

Divine love is a sacred flower, which in its early bud is happiness, and in its full bloom is heaven.

-Thomas K. Hervey

One weekend my friend Sally, a nurse, was looking after her six-year-old nephew when he fell off a playground slide and hit his head. Worried that he might have a concussion, she checked him all night.

Every hour, she'd gently shake him and ask, "What's your name?" Soon, he began moaning in protest each time she entered the room.

When Sally went in at 5:00 A.M., she found something white on his forehead. Leaning close, she saw a crayon-scrawled message taped to his forehead. It read: "My name is Daniel."
