on his wife Demi Moore with a 21-year-old girl and his lawyer
is speaking out!
Ashton's lawyer says:
"Star Magazine continuously publishes lies about Ashton Kutcher
and many other celebrities. This is not the first, nor will it
be the last time they engage in reckless conduct."
Star Magazine has yet to retract their story!

Mel Gibson tackles the paparazzi in street encounter...
Mel Gibson had an odd encounter with the paparazzi in LA on
Monday, as he attempted to film a snapper in the back of a
car on his camera phone.
A smiling Mel stepped out of his Mercedes after spotting a
paparazzo on his tail, and walked back up the street to
confront the photographer filming all the way.
But he wasn't expecting the barrage of pertinent questions,
which was hurled at him as the two men filmed each other.
In the footage, which debuted on new show "Access Hollywood
Live" on Tuesday, Mel asked the snapper to wind his window
down so he could get a good shot of him on his phone, and
asked, "What's the matter, got nothing better to do?"
The photographer obliged and decided to use the opportunity
to quiz Mel about his summer legal woes with ex-girlfriend
Oksana Grigorieva, who accused him of lashing out at her in
a fight.
The snapper asked, "I just wondered if you really hit Oksana,"
and then added, "Do you think you'll ever make a movie in
Hollywood again?"
The paparazzo continued, calling out Mel for remarks he has
allegedly made against Jews, blacks, Latinos and homosexuals,
adding, "Do you ever think you'll ever get anybody of any
race or any creed or sexual orientation ever to work for you
for free from all the different colleges you asked for free
interns from?"
The smile never slipped from Mel's face as he fixed his
camera phone on the snapper, and he responded by stating,
"You got a lot of dialogue, don't you."
The snapper asked, "Do you have anything to say for yourself?",
prompting Mel to retort, "Not to you, I just wanted to film
you... Thanks for following us around."
And when the snapper revealed he was a card-carrying member of
the Screen Actors Guild, Mel cracked, "Wanna job? I guess you
need one."
Before walking away, Mel added one final salvo, asking,
"What's it like sniffing other people's laundry?"
But the snapper got the last word in, shouting after Mel, "Hey,
do you think I can have my money back for all the tickets I
had to pay for those movies? I'm filing a class action lawsuit
on behalf of the whole world."

Lindsay Lohan's doctors under investigation...
The doctors who prescribed the drugs that landed Lindsay Lohan
in trouble are under investigation by officials from the Medical
Board of California.
The medical experts have met with Lindsay's father Michael Lohan
and his lawyer Lisa Bloom as they open the case on her physicians,
who Lohan insists misdiagnosed his daughter.
Bloom sent a letter to the California Attorney General back in
July, asking for an investigation into "the unscrupulous doctors
(who) overprescribe medications...,"
That letter sparked the investigation.
Reports suggest Lindsay was taking Dilaudid, Adderall, Nexium,
Zoloft, Trazodone and Ambien for various medical conditions when
she checked into a rehab facility following a prison spell this
summer. Medics have since determined she had been misdiagnosed
with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and
prescribed medication she should not have taken.
Bloom says, "The Medical Board is investigating and Michael and
I are co-operating with them."

George Michael jailed for eight weeks...
George Michael has been jailed for eight weeks for driving
under the influence of drugs and possessing cannabis.
The former Wham! singer was warned last month that he faced
a possible prison sentence after he admitted smoking dope
before climbing behind the wheel of his Range Rover in the
early hours of July 4.
He later crashed into a shop near his home in Hampstead,
north London and was found dazed and confused in the vehicle
by a passing police patrol.
"George pleaded guilty to possession of cannabis and driving
under the influence of drugs, and was sentenced to eight
weeks in prison by officials at Highbury Corner Magistrates
Court in London on Tuesday.
He was also fined $1,875 with $150 in court costs, and
banned from the roads for five years.
District judge John Firkin told George, "I accept that you
have shown remorse over the offense and that you are ashamed
of it", but added that to climb behind the wheel of his car
after taking a mixture of prescribed drugs and cannabis was
"dangerous and unpredictable, even more dangerous for you
given your record."
George smiled in disbelief as the sentence was passed and he
was led away. He is likely to spend four weeks behind bars
before he is released on parole.
He was previously banned from driving for two years following
his 2007 conviction for driving while unfit. A year later, he
received an official police caution for possession of cannabis.

A shocking, long-held secret about Real Housewives of D.C. star
Michaele Salahi is being revealed in a new book about her: "I
have multiple sclerosis," she admits.
The reality star, perhaps best known as one of the alleged
White House party crashers, is the subject of Cirque du
Salahi, written by Diane Dimond.
Michaele ecplains why she kept her diagnosis of the potentially
crippling nervous system disorder quiet for 17 years. "No one
wants to be seen as sickly," she explains. "And I didn't want
to be pitied."
But despite her struggles, Salahi says being positive keeps
her going: "The only way I can deal with it is to smile and
act like I can get through it."
