Here's the Scoop....
Chris Brown was so proud about finishing his yearlong, court-
ordered domestic-violence class that he posted his certificate
of completion online.
"Im done with class," Chris, 21, wrote on Twitter, with a link
to a photo of the certificate. He later added another post,
reflecting on how he's changed since being convicted of felony
assault against his then-girlfriend Rihanna in February 2009.
"I have enough self respect and decency to be proud of
accomplishing this DV class," Chris wrote. "Boyz run from
[their] mistakes. Men learn from them!!!"
In August 2009, Chris was sentenced to six months of community
labor, five years of probation and the one-year domestic-
violence class. He was also ordered to pay fines and told not
to have any communication with Rihanna for five years.
He was convicted of assaulting Rihanna in the early hours of
Feb. 8, 2009, during an argument in a vehicle in Los Angeles.

Lindsay Lohan Named a Suspect in Assault Case at Rehab...
Just weeks away from completing her court-ordered stay at
the Betty Ford Center, Lindsay Lohan is being investigated
by police after allegedly assaulting a female employee at
the clinic.
Palm Desert police conducted a battery investigation at the
scene at about 1 a.m. on Dec. 12. "The victim desired
prosecution," says Sgt. Joe Borja of the Riverside County
Sheriff's Department. "The incident is being investigated
as a misdemeanor."
A source close to Lindsay, 24, says the actress denies
pushing the woman first. The staffer scolded Lindsay for
allegedly returning past curfew after spending the evening
at a local bar.
It isn't known whether she had been drinking; the Betty
Ford Center regularly tests patients for alcohol and drugs.
Sgt. Borja explains that no arrest was made because the
incident didn't occur in front of an officer.
Lindsay has been at the Rancho Mirage, Calif., facility
since Sept. 28, and was ordered by a Beverly Hills judge
to remain there until at least Jan. 3.
It remains to be seen whether the incident would be deemed
a violation of Lindsay's probation terms stemming from her
ongoing DUI case. A violation could send her back to jail.
As of Tuesday, Beverly Hills Superior Court Judge Elden
Fox, who's overseeing her case, has not been notified,
according to a court source.

Bret Michaels and Kristi Gibson Are Engaged...
It's no longer only a tease: Bret Michaels asked his on-off
girlfriend of 16 years, Kristi Gibson, to marry him on
Monday night's finale of his VH1 reality show, Bret Michaels:
Life As I Know It ? and she said yes!
The first thing they did afterwards? Tell their daughters,
Raine, 10, and Jorja, 5, the great news.
Bret told them, "I did it! We'll all be together forever!
Family hug!"
When he got down on his knee, Bret, 47, told Kristi, 39, "I
love you, and you've been unbelievably a big part of my life,
and we have two beautiful girls together. ... I know we love
and respect each other, and I hope that we can find that inner
love that we have forever. And I want you to be my wife."
He added, "Please say yes, or the rejection will kill me
right now."
Kristi said she never thought this day would come. Bret, who
survived a near-fatal brain hemorrhage in April, also said
that after all they've been through, who's still standing
with him?
"Kristi, she's the one who put up with me all these years."

Housekeeper Jailed for Stealing Jewelry from Paula Deen...
An unsavory chapter in Paula Deen's life has come to a close,
as a former housekeeper has been sentenced to jail for
stealing jewelry from the Food Network chef.
Mary Alice White of Savannah, Ga., received 18 months in
prison followed by six years of probation after pleading
guilty in the case.
"The scars she left behind emotionally can't begin to be
measured. Our hearts are sad," Paula, 63, told the judge.
She added: "Mary White is the most feared and destroying
kind of thief you may ever run up against. Mary was a
master at making you think she cares about you ... She
used our love and kindness against" us.
Paula's husband, Michael Groover, told the judge that when
he told his wife of the theft, she "cried and said, 'Oh no,
not my Mary.' "
Police said Mary pawned some $27,500 worth of jewelry owned
by Paula. The chef and her husband reported some $100,000
worth of jewelry missing between Aug. 1, 2009, and May 1,
2010.
Michael added: "Nobody but Mary knows everything she stole
from us."

Tracy Morgan Recovering After Kidney Transplant...
Tracy Morgan will be noticeably absent from at least two
episodes of 30 Rock in March.
According to reports, Tracy, 42, is recovering from a kidney
transplant he underwent on Dec. 10.
Tina Fey and the other writers of the hit comedy reportedly
plan to address Tracy?s absence on the show by saying he has
some sort of a meltdown because of a good thing that?s
happened to him.
Tracy, who has diabetes, is said to be recovering from the
surgery nicely. He was recently spotted at a New York Knicks
basketball game.
His costar, Grizz Champan, also underwent the same transplant
earlier this year.

Hilton Evacuated From Plane After Knife Is Discovered...
Paris Hilton had a scare at LAX on Tuesday.
Paris, her boyfriend Cy Waits, and other passengers on a flight
from L.A. to Maui were evacuated off a plane after a passenger
discovered a 4-inch serrated knife in a seat pocket.
The star herself explained on Twitter:
"We were about to take off then security made everyone deplane
because they found a big knife on board the plane. Scary that
it got on plane."
About an hour later, after a security sweep, Paris and her
fellow passengers re-boarded the plane. "So strange a knife
got on board," she wrote. "Can't wait to get to Maui."

Prince William's Cousin Zara Phillips Is Engaged...
Prince William and Kate Middleton will soon have another royal
wedding to attend ? one that isn't their own.
William's cousin Zara Phillips, 29, is now engaged too, after
her boyfriend, England rugby player Mike Tindall, popped the
question at their home in Gloucestershire on Monday.
"I am delighted that Zara has agreed to marry me," Mike said
in a statement. "We are both very excited about the next
stage of our lives together."
Added Zara: "I was really shocked when Mike proposed but I am
very happy."
There is no news on a wedding date or whether the blonde
showjumper, who, as the daughter of William's aunt, Princess
Anne, is 12th in line to the throne, will beat William and
Kate to the altar in late April.
A Buckingham Palace spokeswoman says that Zara and Mike, 32,
excitedly informed their families of the news shortly after
she accepted his proposal.
Buckingham Palace released a short statement on behalf of
Zara's parents on Tuesday morning, which read: "The Princess
Royal and Captain Mark Phillips are pleased to announce the
engagement of their daughter Zara Phillips to Mr. Mike
Tindall, son of Mr. Phillip and Mrs. Linda Tindall."
Zara's grandmother, Queen Elizabeth, and the Duke of
Edinburgh are "delighted with the news," a spokeswoman says.

This socialite has launched her own motorcycle team...
It's Paris Hilton...
The hotel heiress unveiled The SupermartXe VIP by Paris Hilton
in Madrid, Spain on Saturday.
The team, kitted out in pink, white and blue, will compete in
the world motorcycling championship circuit's 125cc category
from 2011 to 2013.
Posting on her Twitter blog during the launch, Paris wrote:
"I can't believe I have my own racing team! So cool! :)"
