Lindsay Lohan Ordered to Wear Alcohol-Monitoring Bracelet...

Lindsay Lohan will be sporting a new accessory on her ankle: At
a Los Angeles court hearing Monday, Lindsay was ordered to wear
an alcohol-monitoring bracelet, called a SCRAM device.

Lindsay will also be subject to weekly random drug testing and
is forbidden from drinking any alcohol as conditions for her
to remain free on bail.

Lindsay showed up in court looking nervous, wearing a black
business suit with her hair back in a ponytail and was
accompanied by her attorney Shawn Chapman Holley. She was
10 minutes late to the scheduled 8:30 a.m. hearing, but L.A.
Superior Court Judge Marsha Revel accepted the attorney's
explanation that the delay was due to security concerns
caused by the media crowd outside the courthouse.

After Judge Revel set the conditions, Lindsay's attorney said
her client "is prepared to demonstrate by action that she's
going to comply with all court orders."

But Holley added that Lindsay has "an upcoming number of photo
shoots" and was due to begin filming in Texas for an upcoming
movie role and asked that in lieu of the ankle bracelet,
Lindsay be subject to random alcohol testing as well since the
device would interfere with filming. "It would allow her to
make a living," Holley explained. The judge flatly denied the
request.

Lindsay's only words in court were "Yes, your honor," when
asked if she understood the conditions. The judge also warned
her that a missed drug test "is the same as a dirty test" and
ordered her to continue attending alcohol education courses
once a week. The actress will be fitted with the bracelet in
the next 24 hours.

This will be the second time Lindsay has worn the device. She
voluntarily wore one three years ago following her first DUI
arrest and a stint in rehab.

Brittany Murphy's Husband Found Dead...

Five months after the death of actress Brittany Murphy, her
husband, British screenwriter Simon Monjack, was found dead
Sunday night in the couple's Hollywood home.

Simon was pronounced dead after the Los Angeles Fire Department
was called to the residence for a medical emergency. Police
spokesman Sgt. Louie Lozano said the preliminary cause of
death was natural causes, but investigators remained at the
scene.

Law enforcement sources told the Hollywood Reporter that
Brittany's mother, Sharon, discovered Simon around 9:30,
unresponsive, and called 911.

In January, Simon's mother, Linda Monjack, said that her son
was "unwell, and the doctors are carrying out tests. On
whether he has a heart problem it is not really for me to say,
you must ask him, but yes, there have been health problems in
the past. I believe it's common knowledge, and it?s been in
the press that he had a slight heart attack a week from
Brittany's death coming back from Puerto Rico."

Brittany died in December due to pneumonia, a low-blood count
and multiple drug intoxication. The couple, who married in
2007, had no children.

Jesse James 'Wanted to Get Caught' Cheating...

Jesse James says he knew Sandra Bullock would catch him cheating
sooner or later, and that he wanted to be caught, because
deceiving her sickened him.

"When I was doing it, you know, one, I knew it was horrible, it
made me feel horrible," Jesse tells ABC's Nightline in an
interview airing Tuesday. "And two, I knew I would get caught
eventually, and I think I wanted to get caught. ... It was me
trying to self-sabotage my life."

Asked why he'd hurt someone who was, and he says still is, the
most important person in his life, Jesse is at a loss for words.
"It's hard for me to talk about, a little bit, because I still
really love her and care about her," he says.

But Jesse is under no illusions about the level of that hurt.
"I've spent my whole life with the kids and with her trying to
protect her from everything, but the most hurt she's ever been
caused is by the person that wanted to protect her," he says.

In an earlier promo for the show, Jesse admits: "I took a pretty
amazing life and marriage ... and threw it away."

Allegations of Jesse's infidelity emerged shortly after Sandra
won an Oscar for her leading role in The Blind Side in March.

In the Nightline interview, Jesse will also address whether
Sandra knew anything about his affairs, what he really went
to rehab for, and what role, if any, will he play in the life
of Sandra's adopted son, Louis.

Bret Michaels survived a brain hemorrhage and a stroke, but after
winning Celebrity Apprentice Sunday night that he's ready to rock.

"I'm feeling a little beat up, but I feel great," said Bret. "I'm =

just glad to be here, and I'm really glad that I won, and you
have no idea, inside my soul, how bad I want to throw down and

"I want to have a Rock of Love style party right at this moment,
but I think I'm just going to hang with my friends and be a little
low-key unfortunately for a couple more weeks," laughed the Poison
frontman.

Bret said his doctors were urging him to take it easy. "I'm going
to try, but my energy is so up right now... I just want to go rock
right now."

Bret, who earned a $250,000 donation to the American Diabetes
Foundation by beating Holly Robinson Peete on the NBC reality
show, said the "most scary moment" was when he thought he'd
get fired.

"[Donald Trump] was like 'You're...' and I heard the syllable for =

fired and I was like 'this can't be happening'... so I thought
this was the sympathy way of getting rid of me and I was like,
'Oh man, you're going to dump me!' And I just kept thinking,
'Don't let me down like a bad date!'" Bret joked.

Up next for Bret: hitting the road. "I want to. [Doctors] don't =

It's Justin Bieber...

The "Baby" hitmaker was clowning around as he left a hotel in
Germany but stumbled and smashed his head into a glass door.

Justin was caught on camera screaming, "Ow, ow!"

He told the camera, "I just walked into that door. My forehead
hurts. I thought what happened was I pushed and it (the door)
opened but obviously it didn't and I walked right into the window."
