Singer Christina Milian is considering legal action after allegedly finding gum in her food at a restaurant in Los Angeles last week.
The R&B beauty was horrified after reportedly spitting out a wad of chewed gum she alleges was in the salad she ordered at an eatery in Studio City.
She subsequently filed a complaint with officials at the Los Angeles Department of Health and is seeking legal representation over the matter.
The Dip it Low hitmaker insists she now feels traumatized by the incident, saying, The most important thing to me is to make sure my health is OK. Ever since the incident I have not eaten out.

Lindsay Lohan kicked out of Marc Jacobs party...
Actress Lindsay Lohan has fallen foul of New York fashionistas for the second time in as many days after she was allegedly kicked out of a Marc Jacobs party.
Lindsay hit the headlines last week following accusations she tossed a drink over a photographer at a V Magazine bash for New York Fashion Week.
Stunned eyewitnesses took to their Twitter.com blogs to recount the reported incident with snapper Jasper Rischen, who himself tweeted, Wow. Lindsay Lohan is as trashy as they always say. She threw drinks and glasses to me as we tried to take a shot for V magazine.
And she is back in the gossip columns once again. Lindsay was said to be an uninvited guest at an afterparty for designer Jacobs at Manhattanâ??s Dream Downtown hotel.
According to reports, she and her friends were initially refused entry to the Top of the Standard venue, before a member of her entourage called in a favor from the hotelâ??s owner Vikram Chatwal, who arrived to walk Lindsay and her pals into the event in person.
But the drama continued soon afterwards, when security guards approached her and allegedly told her she was not welcome at the party, prompting the embattled actress to leave and head to another fashion event nearby.
A representative for Lindsay refused to comment on the reports, insisting he had no knowledge of either of these incidents as he was unable to reach her for clarification.
Lea Michele and Boyfriend Theo Stockman Split...
After more than a year together, Lea Michele and Broadway actor Theo Stockman have called it quits.
A rep for the Glee star, 25, says the relationship simply ran its course. "They will always be friends," adds the rep.
Theo and Lea started dating after they were spotted at an April 2010 event in New York celebrating Time's 100 Most Influential People issue.

The actor is said to have driven his 1970 Mercedes-Benz 280SL to Santa Monica and parked on a street while he visited a nearby Jaguar dealership, but when he returned 10 minutes later, the $100,000 vehicle was gone.
John walked back to the car dealership and called police to report the Mercedes missing.
