Elvis Presley's granddaughter Riley Keough is set to star
in the next "Mad Max" movie.
The 21-year-old model, who is the daughter of Lisa Marie
Presley, has starred in a handful of films, including
"The Runaways" opposite Kristen Stewart and Dakota Fanning.
Riley is set to boost her acting portfolio with a role in
the latest installment of the series, "Mad Max 4: Fury
Road," which is set to start filming next year.
She will play one of the Five Wives, a group of women Max
has to save.
The part made famous by Mel Gibson will be played by
"Inception" star Tom Hardy.

Lindsay Lohan's Judge Removes Herself from the Case...
Score one for Lindsay Lohan.
Judge Marsha Revel, who sentenced the actress to 90 days in
jail and three months in rehab, voluntarily removed herself
from the case last Friday.
"The prosecutor raised objections about the judge having
hearings and conference calls without having the DAs
present or being notified," Los Angeles District Attorney
spokeswoman Jane Robison said. "It happened several times."
In one particular instance, Judge Revel made a last-minute
change regarding the rehab facility where Lindsay should
receive treatment, and didn't notify the prosecutor.
Revel has been replaced by Judge Elden Fox, who is no
stranger to celebrity cases, having overseen Winona
Ryder's shoplifting trial, a drug possession case of
Courtney Love's and Lane Garrison's vehicular
manslaughter case.
Lindsay remains in treatment at UCLA Medical Center and is
not expected to be released until early November.

After tying the knot in May, Alanis Morissette has more big
news to share ? she's pregnant!
The singer-songwriter, 36, and husband Mario 'Souleye'
Treadway are expecting their first child, her rep confirms.
"We're very excited to embark on this journey with each other,"
Alanis Tweeted after her wedding ceremony, which took place at
the couple's Los Angeles home.
No word on a due date for the baby on the way.

Britney Spears to Appear on Glee...
Britney fans, rejoice! After previous speculation that the pop
star would not appear on a Glee episode dedicated to her hits,
the show?s creator says the queen of pop will indeed be joining
the kids of William McKinley High School come season 2.
?Britney, I think 100 percent, is going to be on the episode,?
Ryan Murphy, Glee creator, told Ryan Seacrest on his radio
show.
The show is racking up quite a repertoire of A-List guests,
including John Stamos, Carol Burnett and Javier Bardem, and
Murphy credits this celebrity attention to the show?s message.
?The show is, by its nature, about arts education,? he says,
?and I think everybody wants to support that.?
Although Murphy says he?s not sure of the exact role Britney
will play, the episode will be a dream come true ? literally.
?The fun thing about the episode, how we?re doing it, is all
the Britney Spears numbers are fantasies,? he says. ?They
have fantasies about how they can be like her.?
Murphy also said that he hopes to feature music by Prince, the
Beatles or Michael Jackson on the post-Super Bowl episode of
Glee, although no plans have been made yet.

Reese Witherspoon in talks for Peggy Lee biopic...
Actress Reese Witherspoon is in talks to sing again on the
big screen, in a movie about legendary entertainer Peggy
Lee.
Reese showed off her vocals as June Carter in the Johnny
Cash biopic "Walk The Line," a role which landed her Oscar
gold in 2006.
The star has now bought the rights to the life story of
the "Fever" hitmaker, who rose to fame in the 1940s and
went on to record a number of hit albums.
According to reports, Reese has enlisted Hollywood filmmaker
Nora Ephron to write and direct the biopic, which she plans
to produce and star.
The project will document Peggy's life until her death in
2002, including the late star's singing and acting career.

Fantasia Took an Overdose of Aspirin and a Sleep Aid...
It's been a rough week for Fantasia Barrino.
The American Idol season 3 champ was hospitalized Monday in
Charlotte, N.C., after overdosing on aspirin and a sleep aid,
her manager Brian Dickens confirmed.
"Her injuries are not life threatening. She was dehydrated
and exhausted at the time," Dickens said. "Fantasia is stable
now. She will be released from the hospital soon."
According to the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department, the
incident was classified as a suicide attempt. The police
report lists Dickens as the reporting person and says Fantasia
was found with "possible internal injuries."
The incident comes just after she was named in a court filing
alleging that she was having an affair with a married man. On
Monday, Fantasia denied she was responsible for breaking up
the marriage of Paula and Antwaun Cook. However, on Tuesday
Dickens said the singer and Antwaun "dated off and on for 11
months."
Fantasia believed Cook when "he told her he was not happy in
his marriage" and that he and his wife "separated in the late
summer of 2009," Dickens said.
The singer read Cook's complaint for the first time Monday
and though she calls some of the allegations "totally false,"
she is "heartbroken and is sorry for any pain she may have
caused. Yesterday she was totally overwhelmed with the
lawsuit and the media attention."
But "Fantasia is a fighter and a survivor. This is not the
hardest thing Fantasia has endured," her manager said.
"Fantasia will be stronger, smarter and better for it.
Fantasia sends her praise to God and her eternal gratitude
to her fans, friends, and family."

Michael proposed to Luisana Lopilato last November and
presented her with a sparkling diamond.
But she isn't the only one sporting a new piece of jewelry.
Michael showed off his own band on his left ring finger
during a concert in Canada.
He told the crowd, "The boy also wears the engagement ring
(in Argentina). That's what she tells me anyway."
The couple has been dating since November 2008.
