Billy Idol plays for man's birthday party

British rock musician Billy Idol performed a concert for a Washington man's birthday bash, which also raised $13,000 for local charities, the birthday boy said. The performance came after two years of begging and pleading by 26-year-old Michael Henrichsen, of Bothell, Wash., KING-TV, Seattle, reported Saturday. Henrichsen's campaign to have Idol perform for his birthday began after he graduated from college. He was working a full-time retail job, two internships and had $40,000 in school debt, but wanted to jump-start his public relations career. A friend suggested getting Idol to play for his birthday. During Friday's performance, Idol called Henrichsen to the stage for a rendition of the "Happy Birthday" song, KING reported."The fact that he's up there, you know, talking about me, dedicating 'Rebel Yell' to me, to have all my friends out there, jumping and sweating and having a good time, I'm absolutely speechless right now," Henrichsen said. The sold out performance raised more than $13,000 for Northwest Harvest food bank and the American Red Cross. Idol is best known for his '80s hits "Dancing with Myself," "Rebel Yell" and "Eyes Without a Face."

Taylor Swift Going on Tour

Country music star Taylor Swift will headline 58 North American stadium and arena shows next year to support her new album "Red," Big Machine Records said. Singer/songwriter Ed Sheeran, whose duet "Everything Has Changed" is featured on the CD, will be a special guest at all of the shows. The tour will kick off March 13 in Omaha, Neb., and will continue through Sept. 21 in Nashville. "I didn't think I could be any more excited about my 'Red' album, but then I start thinking about how I'm going to put the new show together for 'The Red Tour,'" Swift said in a statement Saturday. "I have so many ideas about how to really bring this music to life, and I can't wait to share the new show with all my fans."

It's Hayden Panettiere...

The "Heroes" star got the phrase "live without regrets"
inked on her back, in Italian, to remind herself that
everyone deals with disappointment and rejection.

However, Hayden was shocked to learn the tattoo artist had made a small yet permanent error.

During an appearance on "The View" on Monday, she says,
"Here's the thing, if you're going to get a tattoo in a
language, just don't ever go to that country. Or a country
where anyone speaks that language...

"It's not like, 'Oh I wanted (this) and now it says, 'I
love apples'. It's 'live without regrets' but it has one extra 'i' and it's so minor that people who spoke fluent
Italian are like, 'Egh, that looks right.' And of course
I'm reading in a newspaper that it's wrong..."

But Hayden has accepted the minor mistake as a lesson
learned.

She adds, "So you know what, I'm left to live up to what
it means. I'm proud of it!"
