Leighton Meester is pregnant, expecting first child with Adam Brody
Leighton Meester is expecting her first child with husband Adam Brody.

The couple went to lunch on Saturday in Los Angeles when the actress was photographed in a tight, gray t-shirt that exposed her growing baby bump.

Popsugar first posted the photographs on Monday, and E! Online later confirmed the Gossip Girl star's pregnancy.

Back in November, the 29-year-old revealed in an interview with Nylon her plans for the future after she turns the big 3-0.

"Most people I know are starting to get married. It'll be kids next. I like the grown-up stuff. I like having a house. I've got dogs," she said.

The couple, who met on the set of The Oranges in 2011 and later co-starred again in 2014's Life Partners, have not yet released a statement about their pregnancy. They wed in early 2014 in a secret ceremony.

Cate Blanchett clarifies statement on relationships with women
Cate Blanchett is clearing the rumors that came about after a quote about same-sex relationships was taken out of context during an interview with Variety.

In her newest film, Carol, which premiered at Cannes Film Festival on Sunday, the actress plays a married mother who has a romantic affair with a department store employee, played by Rooney Mara.

In her interview with the magazine, it was perceived that Blanchett said she has had relationships with women, "many times."

The Guardian reported that during a press conference for the film, the married actress said the quote was edited for effect.

"From memory, the conversation ran: 'Have you had relationships with women?' And I said: 'Yes, many times. Do you mean have I had sexual relationships with women? Then the answer is no.' But that obviously didn't make it," she said.

"But in 2015, the point should be: who cares? Call me old fashioned but I thought one's job as an actor was not to present one's boring, small, microscopic universe but to make a psychological connection to another character's experiences. My own life is of no interest to anyone else. Or maybe it is. But I certainly have no interest in putting my own thoughts and opinions out there," The actress continued.

Ramin Setoodeh, Variety's editor, took to Twitter to defend himself, writing that the Academy-Award winner was "accurately quoted."

When I asked Cate Blanchett if she'd had lesbian relationships in real life, she said: "Many times." She was accurately quoted. #Cannes2015- Ramin Setoodeh (@RaminSetoodeh) May 17, 2015

Which singer tops Maxim's Hot 100 list for 2015?

Taylor Swift is on a roll.

After winning eight out of the 14 awards she was nominated for and debuting her "Bad Blood" video at the Billboard Music Awards on Sunday night, she was announced as number one in the 2015 Maxim's Hot 100 list Monday morning.

Swift is following in the footsteps of Candice Swanepoel in 2014, Miley Cyrus in 2013, Bar Refaeli in 2012, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley in 2011 and Katy Perry in 2010 -- the last five ladies to earn the coveted role.

When asked how it feels to be named number one, she said: "It's really nice and such an incredible compliment. This year has been my favorite year of my life so far" she said. "I got to make an album exactly the way I wanted to make it. I got to put it out exactly the way that I dreamed of putting it out. Every one of these kinds of whims and ideas came to fruition. The videos -- I'm proud of those, I'm proud of the tour, I'm proud of the way this has all happened. In the midst of all that, this is really nice. It really feels like a wonderful celebration of my favorite year."

The singer, who is currently on her 1989 world tour, also shared her thoughts on feminism.

"A man writing about his feelings from a vulnerable place is brave; a woman writing about her feelings from a vulnerable place is oversharing or whining. Misogyny is ingrained in people from the time they are born. So to me, feminism is probably the most important movement that you could embrace, because it's just basically another word for equality," she said.

The issue hits newsstands May 27.
