Here's the Scoop....
Britney Spears' fiance Jason Trawick has petitioned to be the singer's co-conservator along with her father Jamie Spears, according to a report.
The "Toxic" hitmaker's father Jamie was placed in charge of her legal and business affairs in 2008 following the singer's much-publicized breakdown and hospitalization.
Spears' dad has continued to look after her estate but her legal team is working with Jamie to come up with a plan to gradually transfer control of the estate back to the singer.
Reports suggest that Jason, under the behest of Jamie, is attempting to share conservatorship duties with Spears' father. The website reports that he will only have control over her well-being, not her finances.
Britney attended a hearing relating to the matter at Los Angeles County Superior Courthouse last month, and is reportedly set to attend another hearing in April.

An overzealous Alec Baldwin fan has been arrested in New York City on suspicion of stalking the star after turning up outside the actor's Manhattan home.
Canadian actress Genevieve Sabourin allegedly professed her love to the newly engaged funnyman in a series of emails and text messages but, upon receiving no response, the Montreal native jetted to Alec's home in the Hamptons on March 31, prompting the 30 Rock star to file a police complaint.

This actor wants to flee in embarrassment every time he hears the memorable theme song from his television series played in public...
It's James Van Der Beek...
Dawson's Creek finished in 2003 after six successful seasons but the show's popularity still lives on through the theme song "I Dont Want to Wait" by Paula Cole.
However, the series' star isn't a fan of the track and is left red-faced whenever he hears it.
James comments, "For some reason - and again, I need to get over this; I'm (a) 35-year-old, grown-[bleep] man - but I want to hide somewhere. If I'm in public and the song comes on, my first instinct is to find somewhere to hide - go in a corner, duck behind a rack, run into a dressing room, find the nearest restroom, like, just get out of there.
"It's a Pavlovian response, and I think it's time for me to get over it. But for some reason, it just triggers inside of me. It's a great song, but it's nowhere near my iPod."
