"How much do you need to buy a house?" I asked him.

"At least 20 thousand."

"And how much equity do you have in your condo?"

"About ten."

"Is that all we're talking about here...ten thousand?" I
encouraged him. "That's nothing! Let's see...do you have
any special, marketable skills? I know! You could sleep
with 20 fat chicks for $500 a pop."

"You are really disgusting, TZ." he said.
