"Henry is a strong swimmer and was able to swim back to land. We were able to get everyone out safely." Klum was on vacation in Oahu with her bodyguard boyfriend, Martin Kirsten, and her children -- Henry, 7, Leni, 8, Johan, 6, and Lou, 3 -- at the time of the incident, the magazine said.

It's Lindsay Lohan

Actress Lindsay Lohan is to sit for her first "Late Show with David Letterman" interview in New York since 2007, CBS announced Monday. The "Mean Girls" and "Freaky Friday" star is to appear on Tuesday's edition of the program. This will be Lohan's first television interview since November 2012 and her fifth visit to "Late Show." The 26-year-old actress is promoting her upcoming guest-starring role on the comedy series "Anger Management." She also is to soon begin a 90-day, court-ordered stint in rehab for drug and alcohol addiction related to probation violations for her past drunk driving and necklace theft court cases. In 2011, Letterman fell prey to a practical joker who claimed she was Lohan's representative and wanted to book the actress on the show.
Letterman touted the planned interview, then later realized the call setting it up was a hoax and apologized to Lohan on "Late Show."
