Blink-182 confirms new album

Blink-182 has a new album in the works. Guitarist Tom DeLonge announced the news Monday on Instagram. The 38-year- old musician posted a throwback photo of himself, bassist Mark Hoppus and drummer Travis Barker and captioned the picture, "Rehearsals start today... And yes there will be a new album #SorryForTheWait #Blink." The announcement has received over 41,000 likes. Barker followed up with a picture of himself at rehearsal. The drummer captioned the photo, "#RehearsalLife #BLINK #EuropeanTour #NobodycaresGoharder." Blink-182 last released Neighborhoods in 2011. The album marked a reunion for the trio; DeLonge left in 2005, but returned in 2009. The band has not announced a release date for the new album.


Debra Messing discusses Harry Connick Jr.'s 'Idol' gig

Debra Messing opened up about her former co-star Harry Connick Jr.'s new American Idol gig while speaking to reporters at the 2014 NBC Summer TCA press tour. The 45-year-old actress, who played Connick Jr.'s wife on Will & Grace, told E! News that it was "joyful" to see the actor as a judge in the singing competition. "I've been obsessed with American Idol ever since it began anyway, so to see my buddy being the judge is just icing on the cake," Messing told the press junket. "It's just so joyful for me to watch him. I love him to death." Messing attended Sunday's event to promote her upcoming dramedy, The Mysteries of Laura, where she'll star as a homicide detective trying to raise twin boys in New York City. The show will air Wednesday
"I didn't have to choose," the actress told TV Guide of the series. "Do I want to do a comedy? Or do I want to do a drama? It's both."

Drew Barrymore spending the summer with family in Nantucket

Drew Barrymore is spending the summer in Nantucket with her family. Sources tell People magazine that the Blended actress, 39, was spotted taking her 22-month-old daughter Olive to a children's beach in the Island on Friday. The pair later dinned at Lola Burger where the actress reportedly had a lobster roll. Earlier last week, the actress, Olive and her youngest daughter Frankie, almost 3 months, were spotted poolside at the Cliffside Beach Club. "She was very friendly and very nice," realtor Lori Markell said. "She said she just had her baby 11 weeks ago." Barrymore and her husband Will Kopelman welcomed Frankie on April 22.


Kim Kardashian to earn $85 million from new app: Report

Kim Kardashian will reportedly triple her earnings from last year thanks to her upcoming video game app, Kim Kardashian Hollywood. Sources close to the situation tell TMZ the reality star will receive 45 percent of profits from the game, which is set to gross a reported $200 million on its first year. Kardashian's cut will reportedly be of $90 million and her expenses -- her agent, her mother Kris Jenner and taxes -- will not exceed $10 million. Last year Kanye West's wife made a reported $28 million from all her business ventures, according to Forbes. The new game, which allows players to pick different outfits and hairstyles and to "hit the hottest clubs, flirt and fall in love" in an effort to "make the A-list" will require users to pay real money for the items that will get them to the top. Kardashian first introduced the app in an Instagram post in June.
