Khloe Kardashian not divorcing Lamar Odom, says Kris Jenner
Khloe Kardashian's mother, Kris Jenner, says the U.S reality TV personality is not divorcing her husband, professional basketball player Lamar Odom. Jenner told TMZ media reports claiming divorce documents could be filed as early as Wednesday are untrue. "Khloe and Lamar are absolutely not getting divorced. There's been no talk of divorce," Jenner said. The couple married in 2009 one month after they met at a party.
Garner and Berry ask for law protecting their kids from media
Film stars Halle Berry and Jennifer Garner are fighting for California state legislation to protect their young children from aggressive paparazzi. "I chose a public life," E! News said Garner, the wife of actor-director Ben Affleck, told the California State Assembly Committee on Public Safety Tuesday. "My three children are private citizens," she said. "I love my kids. They're beautiful and sweet and innocent, and I don't want a gang of shouting, arguing, lawbreaking photographers who camp out everywhere we are all day, every day, to continue traumatizing my kids." Berry told the committee about when she was in a custody battle with her ex-boyfriend and photographers asked their 5-year old daughter: "'How do you feel, Nahla? You may not see your father again. How do you feel about that?' "They say curse words and call me names, all trying to provoke some sort of response to sell a photograph," Berry said. The proposed anti-paparazzi bill would make it a crime for photographers to photograph children without their legal guardian's permission, E! News said.

'The Bachelor' contestant Gia Allemand dead at 29
Gia Allemand, a model and former contestant on "The Bachelor," died in New Orleans Wednesday of an apparent suicide, her family announced. She was 29. NBC News said Allemand's boyfriend, professional basketball player Ryan Anderson, discovered Allemand in her New Orleans home Monday night. He called 911, and she was rushed to University Hospital where she was placed on life support. The nature of her injuries was not immediately disclosed to the media. "Due to a critical loss of brain and organ function, life support was withdrawn," her family's statement read. "Ms. Allemand passed away peacefully with her mother, boyfriend and other life-long friends by her side. Loved ones and
fans will remember Gia Allemand as a caring woman who loved her family and was well-known for her compassion towards animals and mission to rescue homeless pets."
Ben Affleck offered Lindsay Lohan support in rehab
Ben Affleck visited Lindsay Lohan at her Malibu rehab and advised the troubled starlet on staying sober in Hollywood, UsMagazine.com said. The Oscar-winning "Argo" filmmaker is also a recovering alcoholic who spent time in rehab in 2001. UsMagazine.com said Affleck went to offer his support to Lohan during her recent stay at Cliffside Malibu Rehab Center, assuring her the entertainment community stands behind people who make a real effort to stay clean. The two did not, however, discuss the possibility of Lohan appearing in Affleck's upcoming film "Live By Night," contrary to media reports claiming they did, the magazine said.
