Here's the Scoop...

I was relieved that Chelsea O'Donnell, teenage daughter of Rosie O'Donnell, was found safe by an agency in New Jersey after she was missing for a week. I'm glad she's back home, safe and sound.

Now, enjoy more tales from Tinseltown; and have a great weekend, too!

Be Well,
Anisa

Kelly Clarkson pregnant with second child
Singer Kelly Clarkson made a surprise announcement Wednesday night, sharing with thousands the news of her second pregnancy.

While performing "Piece by Piece" at her concert at the Los Angeles Staples Center, Clarkson said "I wasn't planning on announcing," before losing her composure and giggling. "Totally pregnant," she said.

Clarkson is already the mother of one -- a 14-month-old named River Rose -- with husband Brandon Blackstock.

The song that prompted the announcement is an ode to both her own father and Blackstock for being a good dad. Clarkson reportedly turned emotional and said she was "having a hard time," getting through the song.

The audience reacted with screams of excitement at the news, causing Clarkson to become even more giddy.

"That was not how I wanted to announce that...I hate this song right now," she joked. "I just don't want you to think I'm on pills or drunk."

Before covering Demi Lovato's "Cool for the Summer," Clarkson made a last comment: "I'm so nervous to talk to my husband...We haven't even told our [extended]!"

Taylor Swift invites young autistic musician to join her on tour
Taylor Swift formally invited 7-year-old piano sensation Jacob Velazquez to come meet her during one of her concerts Wednesday.

Swift sent the invite over Twitter after viewing a video of Velazquez posted by advocacy group Autism Speaks, showing him playing a collection of melodies from her 1989 album on the piano by heart.

Velazquez was diagnosed with a form of high-functioning autism when he was 4, but that hasn't stopped him from pursuing his gift of music. In the past, his musical talents and ability to play classical music pieces from memory have caught the attention of Good Morning America, The View, CNN Headline News and more. Now Velazquez has caught the attention of his favorite pop singer, Taylor Swift.

"I have to give you a hug for that beautiful piano medley you did!" Taylor tweeted out. "Please come to a show on my tour and say hi to me? My treat.

Autism Speaks saw the tweet and agreed to give Velazquez the chance to meet her in concert. "I can't wait to meet @taylorswift13!!! #BestDayEver," Velazquez tweeted.

Currently Velazquez is recording his first album entitled Jacob, and a portion of the proceeds will go towards autism research.

Swift continues to reach out to fans who have touched her when on Monday the "Shake It Off" singer gave a rare performance of her song 'Ronan' dedicated to Ronan Thompson and his family who died of cancer at age 4.

Which actor admitted 'Horrible Bosses 2' failed?

Jason Bateman admitted that Horrible Bosses 2 bombed in the box office, joking the 2014 flick was just a "paycheck" for the cast.

The actor spoke with Marc Maron on the WTF podcast earlier this month to discuss his career and the Horrible Bosses sequel. According to him, the comedy "was garbage as far as the box office goes."

"Who knows whether it was on the merits or when they released it," he said, "but it did not do any money."

Bateman acted alongside Charlie Day, Jason Sudeikis, Jamie Foxx and Jennifer Aniston in the film, which he didn't believe had to be made. "Don't go out and buy a bunch of tickets for the first one unless you want a second one because we don't have any discipline in this town," Bateman jokingly said, blaming the audience's call for a sequel.

"It's the path of least resistance."

The Arrested Development actor expressed his love for both films and quite simply blamed timing on the sequel's failure. "People basically just weren't interested in seeing another one," he continued. "[People thought,] 'And it's Thanksgiving, and I'm with my family, and I'm not going to take my mom and dad to go see [expletive] jokes.'"

"I guess there is a reason R-rated comedies don't get released during a big family vacation," he concluded.

When it comes to Bateman's longtime work with Arrested Development, the actor told Maron that season four's lackluster response on Netflix was due to some marketing slip-ups.

"[The episodes] were meant to be the first act of a three-act story that [Mitch Hurwitz] had in his head. And the second two acts...are still yet to be told," he said.

"He thought it would be fun to do the first act in some episodes. And that's what that was, but Netflix called it 'season four,' which was a little disingenuous because it implied that the show was coming back. And that's not what the show was..."

"I think it was a little confusing and frankly underwhelming for the audience. That was unfortunate. It wasn't branded honestly. Or correctly, I should say."
