*** A WORD FROM THE KITCHEN ***

Anyone pre-gaming for the Superbowl recipes yet? We just
love the snacks all around fotball party time! If you
want something easy to make that you can slam dunk crudettes
into this EASY CHEESY FONDU is definitely it. All you need
is a fondu pot and if you don't have one...one of your friends
just might or a small crock pot would also work. Last party
we saw this at included a tray of cubed French bread for
dunkers but everyone started dipping all of the other appetizers
in the cheese too (even chips and veggies). I have kathy to
thank for this one and I'll be making it quite a bit!

Enjoy!

RECIPE: EASY CHEESY FONDU

*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~

INGREDIENTS
1/2 pound swiss cheese, shredded
3 small cans of condensed cheese soup (Campbell's is best)
3 garlic cloves, crushed
1/4 to 1/2 cup beer

DIRECTIONS:
Mix first 3 ingredients together and heat in your fondu pot,
stirring occasionally until smooth and heated. Gradually add
beer until it is the consistency you prefer. When fully heated
you can keep warm, stirring occasionally or just reheat when
necessary. Serve with French bread cubes for dunking.

PARTY TIPS:

Always plan for more than you think will attend. It is better
to have too much than not enough. Just in case... make sure
there's a designated driver to be able to go out and grab
more beer & cocktail supplies.

To enjoy most of the game have food prepared ahead of time.

Make cocktails by the bunch instead of individual ones.

Tape the game to catch the parts you might miss or for replay
of the hilights. Don't miss a second of fun!
