Hello Everyone,

It never fails every year around this time I always seem
to feel tired all the time. Not sure if it's because it gets darker earlier and I feel like I'm up later than usual but I'm going to try this trick starting Sunday night. I read an article that stated getting to bed just 30 minutes earlier can stop fatigue from taking control as the days grow shorter. Scientists explain that we have a natural urge to hibernate this time of year and so we need more sleep. I'm hoping sneaking in 30 minutes of more Zzz's a night will keep my daytime energy level higher.

Hint 1: I love the look of stainless-steel appliances, but it seems like they may be hard to keep shiny and steak-free.

Try applying a small amount of mineral or baby oil to a soft
cloth and rub the surface of the appliance. The oil will form a think coating that helps resist smudges and fingerprints.

Hint 2: Next time you add too much salt to your soup or sauce don't fuss over it. Here's a quick and easy solution...

Add a few thick slices of raw potato to the pot and let is
sit and absorb the salt for about 10 minutes. Pretty easy, huh?
