Here's the Scoop...

As part of the Star Wars Celebration event in London, fans were treated to some special behind-the-scenes footage of the upcoming film 'Rogue One: A Star Wars Story', which premieres in December.

The footage that everyone wants to see - basically anything with Darth Vader - wasn't released online, but a special behind-the-scenes look crafted specifically for the Celebration event was posted to the official Star Wars Twitter, along with a poster featuring Rebel forces battling Stormtroopers on a beach while the Death Star looms in distant space.

The video features interviews with cast and crew of the upcoming film, with most of the buzz being generated by Warwick Davis, whose role in the film is not yet known.

'Rogue One: A Star Wars Story' opens on Dec. 16 and will be followed by four more confirmed films through 2020.

Oh, man! I cannot wait for this movie! Can you? Star Wars, yay!

Be Well,
Steve

Katy Perry releases NBC Olympics theme song 'Rise' on Apple Music
NBC says it will use Katy Perry's new song "Rise" as an anthem leading up to and throughout its coverage of the 2016 Rio Olympics.

The network described "Rise" as "an uplifting and inspirational song that touches on the Olympics' unique ability to unite the world." The song is now available for streaming or download via Apple Music.

"This is a song that's been brewing inside me for years, that has finally come to the surface. I was inspired to finish it now, rather than save it for my next album, because now more than ever, there is a need for our world to unite," said Perry in a statement Thursday. "I know that together we can rise above the fear -- in our country, and around the world. I can't think of a better example than the Olympic athletes, as they gather in Rio with their strength and fearlessness, to remind us how we all can come together, with the resolve to be the best we can be. I hope this song can inspire us to heal, unite, and rise together. I am honored that NBC Olympics has chosen to use it as an anthem before and during the Rio Games."

"We are thrilled to have Katy contribute such a powerful and inspiring song to our coverage of the Rio Games," added Jim Bell, executive producer of NBC Olympics. "Her music and message speak directly to the spirit of the Olympics and its athletes."

LOOSE LIPS:
