Britney Spears and her boyfriend Jason Trawickhave parted ways as client and agent.
Jason has quit Britney's talent agency, William Morris Endeavor, and joined another company.
At WMA, he represented Britney and Taylor Swift, among others.
He will now oversee a new partnership between British rockers Mick Jagger and Dave Stewart at Famos.
Jason comments, "(It's) a very exciting opportunity for me professionally," adding, "(I'm) humbled to be a part of such a visionary partnership."

Justin Bieber, Selena Gomez Take Their Love to Hawaii...
Fresh off their big night, and big kiss, at Sunday's Billboard Awards in Las Vegas, Justin Bieber and girlfriend Selena Gomez took their teenage love tour to Maui.
Photographed on a boardwalk down to the ocean, a shirtless Justin, 17, carried a towel, while Selena, 18, wore white denim shorts, a hot pink bikini top and toted a leopard-print bag.
"He's taking a much-needed vacation," a source says of Justin, who won six Billboard Music Awards.

Oscar De La Hoya Enters Rehab...
Oscar De La Hoya says he's always "met challenges head-on" and that his latest one "is no different."
The 37-year-old former boxing great, spoke of his approach to adversity following a report that he entered rehab for substance abuse.
Although he didn't specifically confirm the report, he issued a statement saying that he has sought help.
"After doing an honest evaluation of myself, I recognize that there are certain issues that I need to work on," he reveals. "Like everyone, I have my flaws, and I do not want to be one of those people that is afraid to admit and address those flaws."
He adds, "I am confident that with the support of my family and friends, I will become a stronger, healthier person."
Fergie and Josh Duhamel Are Ready to Start a Family...
Fergie may be the next star to join the Hollywood baby boom.
Now that she is on a break from the Black Eyed Peas, are she and hubby Josh Duhamel ready to start a family?
"Oh yeah, of course. Not right this second. Not pregnant, for the record. But, yeah," Fergie reveals.
While her bandmates are using the time off to work on solo projects, Fergie is happy to have more time at home.
"We're taking a break ... getting more of that personal time," she says. "Josh and I have gotten to spend a lot more time together this year than other years, which is great."
The Black Eyed Peas picked up a trophy for Top Duo/Group at the 2011 Billboard Music Awards on Sunday and Fergie made sure to "thank our families for dealing with us."

Faith Evans files for divorce...
R&B star Faith Evans has filed for divorce from her manager husband Todd Russaw after 12 years of marriage.
Faith recently submitted documents in Los Angeles County Superior Court, citing irreconcilable differences for the split.
In the papers, Faith is asking for joint legal and sole physical custody of the couple's two children, Joshua, 10, and Ryder, 4. She wants Todd to have visitation rights.
She also claims that the couple separated in 2005, two years before Ryder was born.
The singer has two other children from previous relationships, Chyna and Christopher Wallace, Jr., her son with late rap icon Notorious B.I.G.
Ginnifer Goodwin splits with fiance Joey Kern...
"Big Love" actress Ginnifer Goodwin and her actor beau Joey Kern have reportedly called off their engagement.
The actress accepted Joey's proposal over Christmas after two years of dating, but the couple has now split.
A source says the pair "broke up a few weeks ago," although they remain friends.
Ginnifer was introduced to Joey by mutual pal Justin Long.
Evangeline Lilly gives birth to baby boy...
Former "Lost" actress Evangeline Lilly is a first-time mom after welcoming a baby boy into the world earlier this month.
Evangeline recently gave birth to a son with her production assistant boyfriend Norman Kali.
The news of her pregnancy only broke last month when she was spotted on a beach in Hawaii sporting a baby bump.
Evangeline has previously dated her "Lost" co-star Dominic Monaghan.

It's Lindsay Lohan...
Lindsay was fuming after show writers poked fun at her personal troubles during an episode of the show last year.
In the segment, Gwyneth Paltrow's Spanish-teacher character told students: "Lindsay Lohan is totally crazy, right? Repeat... Repeat after me with more energy. Come on!"
The ill feeling escalated in February when writers penned another episode in which Lindsay's mother Dina was branded one of the world's biggest losers.
And Lindsay is refusing to take the incidents in good spirit, she now boycotts the show.
she comments, "I don't watch 'Glee,' no. They have made a lot of snarky remarks about me. I don't know why. They don't need to do that. I think they are really talented though, and their work schedules are insane, I have heard."
