Six is still enough for the Jolie-Pitts.

A source close to Angelina Jolie calls a new report claiming
the actress is three-months pregnant with her seventh child
"totally false." A rep for the actress also denies the
pregnancy reports.

Right now, it's all about quality time between the Jolie-Pitt
kids and their grandparents. Brad's parents are staying with
the family in Venice, while Angelina continues to shoot The
Tourist with Johnny Depp.

Jon & Kate Child Labor Complaint Dismissed...

The Pennsylvania Department of Labor & Industry will not be filing
charges against Jon & Kate Plus 8 producers, who were under
investigation for potentially violating state child labor laws.

According to a letter issued last month, but released Wednesday,
producers must obtain child-permits if they wish to film the
Gosselin children in the future. They must also allocate a portion
of the proceeds into a trust fund for kids.

"Kate and I were doing what was best for our family," Jon Tweeted =

Wednesday. "And it gave us an opportunity to spend quality family
time together."

Kate's brother and sister-in-law Kevin and Jodi Kreider, who have
spoken out against the show, were expected to testify Wednesday as
Pennsylvania state lawmakers hold hearings to review child labor
laws for TV and film production.

"The allegations made today by Kevin and Jodi Kreider have not
been my experience at all during the production of Jon & Kate Plus
8," Jon said in another tweet.

Whitney Houston Makes Shaky Comeback...

When Whitney left the stage for a lengthy wardrobe change,
the audience became restless, even booing the singer as her
brother, Gary Houston, tried to keep the crowd of 15,000
entertained with a solo performance of one of his sister's
tracks, and her three backup singers performed their own
version of the Houston hit "I'm Every Woman."

About 15 minutes later, she re-emerged and addressed her
absence. "Thank you for being understanding, letting me
dry off and change my clothes," she said, adding, "I heard
you get mad ... but I understand, I'm here now."

But that wasn't enough for some fans and critics, who noted
that she appeared "tired" and "erratic." She struggled to
hit the high notes in many of her signature anthems such as
"I Wanna Dance with Somebody" and "All at Once," appearing
breathless onstage and asking arena staff, "If there is any
[air conditioning] in the house, please turn it off. I just
got over a really bad cold ... Please make it quick!"

The singer continued to battle through her set and concluded
with a husky version of her signature hit, "I Will Always
Love You." Appearing to have lost her voice altogether, she
gestured the sentiment to her fans, clutching her chest and
blowing kisses as she took her final bow. "Just heard a clip
of Whitney Houston from her show last night singing 'I Will
Always Love You," wrote one viewer on You Tube. "Get your
money back!"

Still, The Guardian praised Whitney's vocals and declared
"she's definitely back, while the U.K's Times noted that her
"old magic" was back.

Housewives Pledge Support for Producer in Sheridan Dispute...

A line has been drawn on Wisteria Lane.

Desperate Housewives stars Eva Longoria Parker, Teri Hatcher,
Marcia Cross and Felicity Huffman issued a joint statement
Tuesday pledging their support for show creator Marc Cherry
in a lawsuit filed by Nicollette Sheridan.

"It would be irresponsible of us to let the public believe
that being a part of this show from its inception has been
anything but a blessing," the statement says. "We have no
first-hand knowledge of what Nicollette may or may not have
experienced, but we would never characterize our set as a
hostile environment.

"It is, in fact, the opposite," the statement continues. "The
friendships and support that Marc Cherry, the cast, the crew
and the producers have shared for the past six years have made
this a wonderful job that we are grateful for every day."

Kate Walsh Is Legally Single...

Kate Walsh and her ex, film executive Alex Young, are now legally
free to wed other people.

Earlier this week, a Los Angeles judge dissolved the former
couple's 14-month marriage. The Private Practice star and Alex
married in September 2007, but Alex filed for divorce in
November 2008, citing irreconcilable differences.

When the former couple reached a divorce settlement in February,
Kate and Alex used a coin toss to divide some of their property.
"One-half of the community property furniture and artwork to be
divided by alternating picks after the flip of a coin to
determine who will pick first," their settlement agreement read.

Alex will also receive $627,000 as part of the settlement, as
well as one-half of residuals for all work performed by Kate
during their marriage.

Kate is currently dating Neil Andrea.

Kara DioGuardi Strips Down for Allure Mag...

Kara DioGuardi poses in the buff for the May issue of Allure
(on newsstands April 20).

"This shoot was less about beauty than about taking a risk and
showing people a side of me they never have seen," says the
American Idol judge, who famously posed in a bikini on last
year's finale.

Kara struggled with binge eating and depression in her early 20s.

"Back then I was a size 6 or 8; now I'm more like a size 2,"
she says. "Food is not what I use to anesthetize myself anymore."

To prep for the shoot, she didn't squeeze in extra workouts, but
she did cut salt. "I can really retain water," she says.

Emmanuelle Chriqui also strips for the mag.

"Some women want bigger breasts," laments the Entourage star,
"but [I wish] I could have had a dancer's body. I sometimes wear =

Charlotte Church Is Engaged...

Singer Charlotte Church is engaged to rugby player Gavin Henson.

He proposed to Charlotte the day after they celebrated her 24th
birthday in February.

Gavin flew her by helicopter from their home in the Vale of
Glamorgan in Wales to the Nare Hotel in Truro, Cornwall.

He then got down on one knee and surprised her with a two-carat
heart-shaped diamond ring.

Charlotte and Gavin have two children together, Ruby, 2, and 15-
month-old, Dexter.

They have been together since 2005.
