Here's the Scoop....British royal Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge's sister is facing the possibility of arrest after a pal waved a gun at a photographer in France.
Pippa Middleton, who served as bridesmaid at her sibling's wedding to Prince William last April, was a passenger in a friend's car in Paris on Saturday, and the driver of the vehicle was caught on camera brandishing a weapon.
The Paris Judicial Police is said to be preparing to launch an investigation following the incident - and Pippa may be called in for questioning.
A source tells reveals, "If the evidence points to her involvement, she will be prosecuted. Anybody involved in the illegal use of a handgun in public is liable to arrest and interrogation."
It is unknown if the gun was a fake firearm, but if it is found to be real, brandishing it in a public place is punishable by up to seven years' jail "for all parties involved." If the gun is a fake, the maximum prison term is two years.

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt engaged...Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt are secretly planning to wed, according to the jeweler who designed the actress' new engagement ring.
Jolie debuted a new prize on her ring finger during a trip to the Los Angeles County Museum of Art's Chinese Galleries with longtime partner Pitt and their adopted son Pax on Wednesday - and a representative for jewelery designer Robert Procop has confirmed it is what it looks like.
In a statement to various news outlets, the publicist says, "I can confirm that, yes, Robert Procop did indeed design an engagement ring for Angelina Jolie, designed in collaboration with Brad Pitt."
Another rep says, "Working closely with Brad Pitt to realize the star's vision for the ring, Robert Procop was able to source a diamond of the finest quality which was then transformed using Pitt's unique designs, cut with distinctive faceting to a shape and size that perfectly suits Angelina's long, slender fingers.
"Throughout, Brad Pitt remained heavily involved, overseeing every aspect of the creative design process from the perfect out of the diamond centerpiece - an elongated tablet shape to the finishing touches such as the mounting of a galaxy of smaller stones which are graduated in size and faceted to match, adding a crowning luster to the ring.
"The full creative journey - from conception to completion took a year, with Brad Pitt waiting until the perfect moment to unveil this special jewel to Angelina Jolie."
Brad Pitt's manager has confirmed the actor's engagement to Angelina Jolie.
His rep notes that there is no wedding date set at this time, but that the engagement "is a promise for the future."
Marilyn Manson engaged to actress...Rocker Marilyn Manson is engaged again following a whirlwind romance with actress Seraphim Ward.
The 43 year old proposed to the 27 year old on Thursday night, according to a friend of Ward's. They have been dating for just a few weeks.
The source tells Life & Style magazine, "Marilyn proposed with a family ring. I think it was his grandmother's. It�s Celtic, and Seraphim says it has a magical bonding to the receiver. They share an interest in the occult and have bonded fast."
The actress' publicist has subsequently confirmed the news.
Ward also posted a photo of herself wearing her new jewelery item on Twitter, accompanied by the note, �I am still speechless and in shock!"
Manson has reportedly bought his bride-to-be a new home in the Hollywood Hills.
Ward is currently filming her first movie, "Speed Dragon."
Manson was previously married to burlesque star Dita Von Teese. He was also previously engaged to actresses Rose McGowan and Evan Rachel Wood.

He has also developed pneumonia.
A source reveals, "Our prayers are with Robin. He has kept so positive and always believed he could beat this. Sadly,it looks like he has developed pneumonia, which is very bad in his situation.
"If there is anyone you would put money on pulling through such a dire situation, it would be Robin because he is a fighter. But this is a battle he will struggle to win."
Gibb's wife, Dwina, brother Barry, daughter Melissa, and sons Spencer and Robin-John are keeping a vigil at his bedside in a private hospital in London.
Amanda Bynes suffers another driving mishap...Actress Amanda Bynes has suffered another driving mishap she was caught backing over a curb outside a Hollywood club on Thursday night.
The "Hairspray" star was attempting to park her black BMW sports car outside Greystone Manor Supperclub but hopped a curb while in reverse.
And to make matters worse for Amanda, several photos show the actress trying to complete the maneuver while texting on her cell phone.
The minor accident occurred just days after the 26 year old was arrested for driving under the influence on April 6 following a small collision with a police patrol car.
