Beyonce Knowles, Jay Z working on new album together

Beyonce Knowles and her husband the rapper Jay Z are reportedly working together on full length a duet album. Karli Henriquez, the vice president of Pop Programming at Dash Radio, told E! News the couple is joining forces for a "huge" new record that will be released sometime between late 2014 and early 2015. News of their alleged new project comes days after the duo capped off their joint On the Run tour in Paris and amid rumors that they're expecting their second child together. Beyonce and Jay Z have put out two joint tracks over the years including the 2003 hit "Crazy in Love" and this year's "Drunk in Love." Over the past month the couple has been plagued with rumors that they're dealing with marital issues and planned to divorce after their tour ended.

John Travolta isn't bothered by gay rumors

John Travolta has addressed rumors he is gay. The 60-year-old actor discussed the claims in an interview with The Daily Beast. Travolta is involved in a pending lawsuit filed by a supposed former lover, and the star said such allegations are "every celebrity's Achilles heel." "It's just about people wanting money," he asserted. "That's all. It happens on many levels. Also, I don't care that much about it. Other people may attack it back more than I do, but I let all the media stuff go a long time ago because I can't control it. I think that's why it persists, to some degree." Travolta and actress Kelly Preston have been married since 1991, and are parents to daughter Ella and son Benjamin. The couple's eldest son, Jett, died of a seizure in 2009, and the tragedy was overshadowed by reports the teenager was found by the actor's supposed gay lover, nanny Jeff Kathrein. "I found it most offensive with the loss of my son," Travolta said of the rumors. "I felt like that was the lowest I'd ever felt. Sex stuff is always going to be interesting to somebody, but you stay away from family. You really should. With that, I always felt like the media -- not all of the media, but parts of it -- went too low there."
Travolta will appear in Criminal Activities and In a Valley of Violence in 2015.

Jenny McCarthy reveals she's already lost her wedding band

A newlywed Jenny McCarthy revealed during her appearance on Good Day NY Tuesday that she no longer has her wedding band. "I've already lost the ring," said the 41-year-old television personality. "We were staying in a hotel and you can't have a wedding ring on... it's a little hard to get romantic with diamonds on your hand. I removed it and put it on the room service table and they came and turned down the room and the ring was gone... But you know what though? If you're gonna lose your wedding ring, you should lose it that way." McCarthy married Donnie Wahlberg in a quiet ceremony in St. Charles, Ill., outside Chicago on Aug. 31. The couple began dating in 2013 and got engaged in April. The former Playmate, who left her gig as co-host on The View in early June, also opened up about her new job with Sirius Radio. "One thing I missed was people coming up to me going, 'I miss you being you,' like I really couldn't, you know,'" McCarthy said of her time on the talk show. "When I went over to Sirius Radio, they've given me a month spot to see if I liked it and it turned out to be a full-time gig and I start in October and the freedom to say what you want is wonderful."

Doctor who performed procedure on Joan Rivers reportedly took a selfie

Staff members at the clinic where Joan Rivers had a routine endoscopy scheduled have reportedly told investigators her personal doctor took a selfie while the comedienne was under anesthesia. The investigation has also revealed it was her personal doctor who was performing a biopsy on her vocals cords when Rivers went into cardiac arrest. The 81-year-old Rivers was at Yorkville Endoscopy clinic for an endoscopy by another doctor, gastroenterologist Dr. Lawrence Cohen. After the Cohen -- the clinic's director -- performed the endoscopy a biopsy was reportedly performed, without the comedienne's prior consent. Investigators now believe it was during the biopsy Rivers' vocal cords began swelling, cutting off oxygen to her lungs -- causing the cardiac arrest.
Rivers was rushed to Mount Sinai hospital where she died a week later.
Dr. Cohen is no longer at the clinic where the endoscopy was performed.
