Attorney Denies John Stamos Had Fling With 17-year-old...
An attorney for actor John Stamos denies the "Full House" and "ER"
star had a romantic fling with a 17-year-old girl who six years later
is accused of scheming to bilk him of hundreds of thousands of
dollars by threatening to sell compromising photos to the tabloids.
A defense lawyer made the allegation Monday during opening arguments
in U.S. District Court as Allison Coss and Scott Sippola went on
trial, charged with conspiracy to commit extortion. Coss, 24, and
Sippola, 31, both of Marquette, are accused of conspiring to extort
$680,000 from Stamos by telling him they had photos of him with
cocaine and strippers - pictures prosecutors contend don't exist and
that two FBI agents testified they did not find while searching the
defendants' house after their arrest.

Christina Milian & The-Dream Split...
Singer Christina Milian has split from producer The-Dream less
than a year after the couple wed in Las Vegas.
The R&B stars eloped in September and Milian announced she was
pregnant with her new husband's child weeks later.
They exchanged vows for a second time in Rome, Italy in December
and welcomed daughter Violet in February.
But the union wasn't to be and the marriage was over almost as soon as
it began - although the couple chose to keep the news under wraps for
the sake of their baby girl.
Milian and her beau even posed for a magazine photoshoot in April,
introducing their newborn tot to the world.
Confirming the break-up, The-Dream's rep said, "Terius 'The-Dream'
Nash is saddened to announce that his marriage to Christina Milian
was unsuccessful.
"The couple reached this decision in late 2009, but decided to keep
the news private in efforts to protect their baby daughter Violet.
They ask for consideration and respect for their family moving forward."

CREED frontman Scott Stapp is celebrating after becoming a dad
for the third time.
The rocker's model wife Jaclyn Nesheiwat gave birth to baby boy
Daniel Issam on July 4th.
The proud dad announced the happy news on his Twitter.com page,
telling fans, "It is such a true blessing to be a father and husband.
"Again, I am reminded of how deeply I love, how deeply I respect, how
deeply I admire and how deeply I appreciate my best friend, my only
love, my wife - Jaclyn."

Jackson's Tomb Vandalized...
Security has been stepped up around Michael Jackson's tomb in
California after vandals defaced the star's resting place with
permanent ink tributes.
The King of Pop was interred at the Forest Lawn Cemetery memorial in
Glendale, California following his death last year.
Fans have flocked to pay their respects since then - but some mourners
have taken to writing tributes, including 'Miss you sweet angel' and
'Keep the dream alive'.
Officials at Forest Lawn are fuming about the markings, because many
were made using permanent ink.

Melina Kanakaredes Leaving 'CSI: NY' After 6 Years...
CBS announce that Melina Kanakaredes has decided to leave
the crime drama after six seasons. The network expressed
disappointment but said it respected her choice to "move on."
The actress says she would treasure the "amazing" friendships she
made on "CSI: NY."
Kanakaredes' departure was announced just weeks before the shows
resumes production on July 28.
"CSI: NY" will move from Wednesday to Friday night this fall.
There was no word from CBS on a possible replacement for Kanakaredes,
who played police Detective Stella Bonasera.

Cat Deeley and Jack Huston Split...
Cat Deeley has split from her actor boyfriend Jack Huston after
nearly two years together.
Cat is reported to have called time on their romance because of
work commitments. The star looked upset as she ventured out in Los
Angeles last week, as her spokesperson confirmed the news.
The couple started dating in 2008 after Jack, 27, split from super-
model Helena Christensen.
Last month, Cat shrugged off reports they had split after sources
said it was better for Jack?s career to be single.

Oprah... The Movie?...
Filmmaker Larry A. Thompson has acquired the rights to Kitty
Kelley's controversial book Oprah: A Biography and is turning
it into a film - and the director admits he faces a challenge
in finding the right actress to play Winfrey.
Thompson says, "Oprah Winfrey's fascinating journey from rural
Mississippi to the world stage is packed with simple truths and
complicated personalities...
"Casting someone to play Oprah will be the real challenge. We are
planning to audition both known and unknown actresses."
News of the project, to be released next year, won't be welcomed
by the talk show titan - she slammed the unauthorised tome earlier
this year, branding it a "so-called biography".
The book alleges Winfrey used drugs and embellished stories about
her poverty-stricken background.

The young and upcoming star who says he wants to be like Tom Cruise?
It's Taylor Lautner... Taylor would love a career like his hero
Tom Cruise.
The Twilight star, who plays werewolf Jacob Black in the popular
vampire series, is keen to get into action films.
'I do love action movies,' he explains. 'But I don't want to just
become an action hero.'
After The Twilight Saga films are complete, Taylor, 18, is set to
play a kids' toy in Stretch Armstrong and will show off his karate
skills in Cancun.
'I consider Tom Cruise a real hero of mine,' Taylor says... I'd like
to build a career like his doing dramas, action and comedy.'
