Jason Derulo celebrated his 22nd birthday cuddling up to his new "It Girl," Jordin Sparks.
Though Jason was on tour in Europe on his actual birthday, Sept. 21, the two, who are officially dating, Jason's rep says, had a belated celebration at Phillipe Chow in Hollywood with friends and music industry executives.
"Jordin would sing to him occasionally through the night in his ear if her head was nested on his shoulder," according to an eyewitness at the party. "He was excited to spend some [quality time] with Jordin in LA. The two left together and continued the celebration."

Jesse James and Kat Von D split again...
Sandra Bullock�s ex-husband Jesse James has split from celebrity tattoo artist Jesse James, just one month after announcing their engagement.
The couple first broke up in July but they rekindled their romance and TV mechanic James proposed last month.
But now the wedding has been called off, according to Kat.
She reveals, �It was clear to me that we were just on two different paths in life. My friend put it best when he said I could never be more deserving of total, noble love. And as a woman, I think it�s important to know your value and never lose sight of that� I wish Jesse nothing but the best in life and in love.�
Sandra divorced Jesse last year after reports of his infidelity emerged.
Leisha Hailey Kicked Off Southwest Flight...
She kissed a girl, and says Southwest Airlines didn't like it!
Actress Leisha Hailey, who starred on the Showtime series The L Word, went on a Twitter tirade Monday, furiously alleging that she and her girlfriend were escorted off of a Southwest flight for kissing each other.
"I have been discriminated against by @SouthwestAir," Hailey Tweeted. "Flt. attendant said that it was a "family" airline and kissing was not ok."
Criticizing the airline for staffing "homophobic employees," Leisha, 40, added: "Since when is showing affection towards someone you love illegal? I want to know what Southwest Airlines considers as 'family.' I know plenty of wonderful same sex families I would like to introduce them to. Boycott @SouthwestAir if you are gay. They don't like us."
The airline posted a statement late Monday, saying: "We received several passenger complaints characterizing the behavior as excessive."
"Our crew, responsible for the comfort of all customers on board, approached the passengers based solely on behavior and not gender," the statement continued. "The conversation escalated to a level that was better resolved on the ground, as opposed to in flight."
This isn't the first incident involving celebrities flying on Southwest. Last year, actor-director Kevin Smith was booted from a flight after the airline told him he was too large to safely occupy one seat. And just weeks ago, Green Day singer Billie Joe Armstrong said he was removed from a flight because his pants sagged too low.
But, hey, at least bags fly free.

Cavallari & Jay Cutler 'Working It Out,' Says Source...
When reality starlet Kristin Cavallari and Chicago Bears quarterback Jay Cutler called off their engagement in July, the Dancing with the Stars contestant was "absolutely devastated," a source said at the time.
After a summer apart, though, another source reveals the pair are "working it out."
"They're not officially back together but they're definitely talking and figuring things out," the source says.
The two, who were planning a spring wedding, got engaged in Mexico in April after dating for seven months.
"Everything happened too fast when they first got together," explains the source. "So this time they're taking things slow."
With Kristin's Dancing with the Stars schedule and Jay's football season underway, the two haven't physically spent time together again yet. But, says the source, "they're talking a lot."
Already back on Team Jay, Kristin watched Sunday's Bears game with girlfriends and Tweeted a picture of herself sporting a team sweatshirt.
Hathaway Steps Out in Her Catwoman Costume...
Anne Hathaway is a lady in leather.
The actress, 28, donned her tight black Catwoman costume on the set of The Dark Knight Rises, the latest installment of the Batman movie franchise.
Anne, who also plays Catwoman's alter-ego, Selina Kyle, reportedly beat out Keira Knightley, Rachel Weisz, Blake Lively and Natalie Portman for the coveted role.
The film, which is set for a July 2012 release, also stars Christian Bale, Marion Cotillard, Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Tom Hardy.
