Here's the Scoop....

Minka Kelly's split from New York Yankees star Derek Jeter was confirmed, but it sounds like he may have struck out several weeks prior.

At the TCA's, where Minka, 31, was promoting her upcoming Charlie's Angels TV reboot, she seemed to foreshadow her split from Derek, 37.

When asked to complete this sentence: "I don't need a man to," Minka was quick with her response.

"I don't need a man to validate me," she said.

She and Derek dated for three years before their amicable split. "They care about each other," says another source. "They're still friends."

Solange Knowles attacks police as Beyonce announces baby...

Beyonce's sister Solange Knowles has taken aim at police in Florida after one official allegedly "pulled a weapon" on her during a fracas outside a club.

While Beyonce was announcing baby news at the MTV Video Music Awards on Sunday, Solange was venting her fury at law officials in Miami Beach.

The singer/DJ took to her Twitter.com account to recount the experience and explained, "A police officer just pulled a weapon on me... I have done NOTHING illegal, against the law, or anything of the sort.

"I am simply tired of police using arrogance, ego and authority as an offense... I'm only tweeting this to raise awareness. I could have left quietly, but I am sick & tired of this scenario being played over & over again.

"It is time to do something about it. I am a mother raising a young black child in America. I'm going to die trying!"

Details of the incident remain sketchy but Miami Beach police detective Juan Sanchez says, "The whole entire incident was about the fact that she was not allowed in a club. When she became abusive, she was pulled to the side. There was no mention of a gun. Considering it might be an internal investigation I can't tell you much other than that."

Solange later assured fans she was "safe & sound" at her apartment and in the process of filing a police report.

Bach's Home Destroyed by Hurricane Irene...

Former Skid Row frontman Sebastian Bach is reeling from the loss of his New Jersey home due to flooding and damage caused by hurricane Irene.

"I am numb, in shock, & devastated to report that my home of 21 years has been destroyed, condemned, & deemed uninhabitable," the rocker posted on Facebook Sunday along with a picture of the damage.

Bach's house was knocked off its foundation after a nearby reservoir overflowed, breaking the bridge next his home and sending it into his garage.

Lost in his flooded basement were irreplaceable items such as Skid Row master tapes, a KISS pinball machine and other band memorabilia, but it appears he'll be able to salvage the possessions he kept on higher floors in his home.

While Bach's house is no longer habitable, he says he knows that it could have been worse.

"What makes me happy is that my children & ex wife are safe. No one got hurt," he added on Facebook.

Bach goes on to say that he'd been holding on to the house since he filed for divorce from his wife of 18 years in December. The singer plans to start over in Los Angeles.

It's Jane Fonda...

The "Barbarella" star, 73, is happily dating music producer Richard Perry, and the pair was reported to be planning nuptials for this year.

But Jane has now spoken out to dismiss speculation, and she's adamant she'll never exchange vows again.

She comments, "I know there have been rumors, but I'm not. Let's put that to bed. I'm not getting married again."

Jane has been married three times before, to late French director Roger Vadim, former politician Tom Hayden, and media mogul Ted Turner.
