Here's the Scoop...

I'm excited and both nervous about one of our new products for PulseTV. It's one of those little electric drift boards.

So I'm excited because it so cool and looks fun, but I'm nervous because I have to learn how to ride one! I've never been very good at skateboarding so it should be interesting!

The manufacturer said it takes about 10 minutes to get the hang of it. We'll see how long it takes me and hopefully I won't have any broken bones!

I'll keep you posted, but if you want to see the item I am talking about visit here

Be Well,

Carey Mulligan, Marcus Mumford Welcome First Child...
Sources confirmed the news to media outlets this week after the 30-year-old English actress returned to the red carpet at the BFI London Film Festival on Wednesday.

"Carey has given birth to a healthy and happy baby," an insider told E! News. "She is just enjoying this time with her family and close friends."

"The baby is healthy," another source told Us Weekly magazine. "They have been loving being parents and their friends and family are thrilled."

Mulligan wore a loose top and skirt with intricate embroidery to promote her new film, Suffragette, at the festival. The movie centers on the British women's suffrage movement of the 1800s and early 1900s, and co-stars Helena Bonham Carter and Meryl Streep.

The actress and Mumford have known each other since childhood, and married in April 2012. Mulligan most recently starred in an adaptation of Far from the Madding Crowd with Matthias Schoenaerts, while Mumford last released Wilder Mind with Mumford & Sons.

LOOSE LIPS:

Jennifer Garner, Ben Affleck Seeking To Sell Family Home...
Jennifer Garner and husband Ben Affleck are reportedly seeking to sell their family home.

Real estate sources told Variety the estranged couple have been quietly put their their Pacific Palisades, Calif., mansion on the market for $45 million. Garner and Affleck bought the ranch-style house for $17.55 million from producer Brian Grazer in 2009.

The pair made extensive renovations to the 1930s property, which boasted five bedrooms and eight bathrooms at the time of purchase. The home overlooks Sullivan Canyon and features a subterranean guesthouse with two bedrooms, three bathrooms and an entertainment lounge.

Garner and Affleck confirmed their intent to divorce in June, although neither actor has filed to end the marriage. The couple wed in 2005, and are parents to three children: 9-year-old daughter Violet, 6-year-old daughter Seraphina and 3-year-old son Samuel.

Word the pair plan to sell their home comes amid dubious rumors Garner is pregnant with their fourth child. Fans went crazy this week when the actress was spotted in a loose-fitting top after spending the previous day with Affleck and their children.

Jay Z, Beyonce File Lawsuit Against French Retailer...
Jay-Z and Beyonce have now set their sights on French retailer ElevenParis for using their names, lyrics and faces on articles of clothing.

The power couple has teamed up with fellow music megastars Kanye West, Pharrell Williams and Rihanna to file a formal complaint against the fashion company for selling shirts, hats and phone cases featuring their likeness without permission.

The music group filed the lawsuit in New York federal court Tuesday after ElevenParis ignored the singers' warnings to cease sales of the merchandise, including inside a store location in Manhattan's Soho district.

The compliant accuses ElevenParis of being "habitual, willful intellectual property infringers that, without authorization, usurp the trademarks, copyrights and other rights of A-list celebrities".

Some of the merchandise in question include t-shirts bearing the singers' faces with phrases such as "Kanye is my Homie" and "Pharrell is my Brotha."

The lawsuit contains 58 claims in total including violation of publicity rights, trademark infringement and unfair competition.

While Jay-Z and Beyonce take the retailer to court, they will also be preparing for their Tidal charity concert featuring Prince, Nicki Minaj, Usher, Lil Wayne and more set to take place Oct. 20 in Brooklyn.

??? Guess Who ???

The Oscar Winning actress who has slammed social media?

It's Cate Blanchett... Cate has slammed social media, calling it "schoolyard" in a recent interview.

Blanchett was promoting her two new films Carol and Truth in a interview with Yahoo! Style and said she avoids all social media and doesn't understand people's obsession with it, even if she thinks it's potentially a great tool.

She said social media has allowed people to become self-absorbed and insecure.

"People constantly are taking pictures of ourselves to send them to people to see if they like me," she said. " 'Do they like me?' It's pathetic, the whole thing about people worrying about what other people are going to think,"

Blanchett mocked the selfie culture and the desire to tell the world what we do.

"I just can't handle it," she said. "Of course you want people to go see the film that you make, of course you want them to enjoy them. But I'm not out there saying, 'Do they like the way I look?'... You have to say, 'This is what I'm doing right now.

"The like and the dislike is just totally primary schoolyard. I cannot for the life of me work out why adults are participating in that s--t."

But Blanchett thinks the medium's potential is being squandered, too often devolving into destructive activity.

"I think it's a genuine way to build community," she said. "There's a subversive quality to the Internet, and I do think there's a genuine ability to connect. But the downside with social media is it divides people really quickly and sets up rivalry and jealousy and a sense of the life over there is better than the life over here."
