Greetings Bible Enthusiast!

Did you get what you wanted for Christmas? Sometimes jealousy creeps in, especially amongst children, (when someone else in their classroom, or on the same block got something that they might have wanted). How about siblings? Did you need to make sure that each child got the same number of presents? A good way to combat jealousy is to take stock of what we really do have, and to make ourselves count our blessings. Something to teach our children!

God Bless You!

--ANSWER TO TRIVIA QUESTION:

Q. Why did Daniel not want to eat the king's delicacies?

A. He did not want to defile himself.

But Daniel purposed in his heart that he would not defile himself with the portion of the king's delicacies, nor with the wine which he drank; therefore he requested of the chief of the eunuchs that he might not defile himself.

Daniel 1:8
