Here's the Scoop...

The move went very well. All of our furniture and boxes and such were in the house in just under 90 minutes; that's got to be a record!

Well, I'm taking a break from unpacking to bring you the news. Please, enjoy.

For now I need to find out where I packed my clothes. I've been wearing the same outfit for five days now. Boy, do I stink!

Be Well,
Steve

Jay Leno unharmed after crashing in 'Bucket List' car
Car crazed comedian Jay Leno marked another car ride off his bucket list, but not before crashing in it.

The crash scene, which will air on the upcoming premiere of Jay Leno's Garage, shows Leno as he sits in the passenger seat of the 2,500-horsepower Hemi Under Glass while world renowned drag racer Bob Riggle takes the wheel, then crashes.

Both Leno and Riggle walked away unharmed. The car, however, is another story, Entertainment reported.

The dragster, which gets up on its back wheels, rolled multiple times in the clip, after which Leno cracked jokes while paramedics checked he and Riggle out for injuries.

"That was certainly exciting," Leno says, speaking to the camera. "Stuff to do when you're 80, we'll call this." Riggle is 80 years old.

In the video, Leno says driving in the Baracuda Hemi Under Glass has been on his bucket list since he was a kid. The engine is under glass in the back of the car which allows the front to come up.

Riggle was always the guy that could "regularly get it up.. you know, on two wheels," Leno joked.

LOOSE LIPS:
"I was told I was too old to play her. Tobey [Maguire] and I are basically the same age. I was like, 'Oh, okay, that's what I've signed up for.'"

Which rockstar shared a story of his duet with Taylor Swift at Paul McCartney's house?

Steven Tyler says Aerosmith is planning a farewell tour for 2017
Steven Tyler has announced he and his rock band Aerosmith are planning a 2017 farewell concert tour.

"I love this band, I really do, and I want to squash every thought that anybody might have about this ... We're doing a farewell tour, but only because it's time. We've never done that," Rolling Stone magazine reported Tyler said on Tuesday's edition of The Howard Stern Show.

Surprised by the news, Stern asked Tyler to confirm that the 46-year-old band plans to stop touring.

"I think so, next year," he said.

Asked whether guitarist Joe Perry is aware of this development, Tyler replied, "Mmhmm."

However, the New York Daily News quoted Perry as saying the announcement was premature.

"I know that Steven [Tyler] said something or was quoted saying this could be 'the final tour,' but I don't think we've gotten that far yet," Perry said.

"At this point in our careers it might not be in our control," Perry went on. "To see a band that's been together as long as we are and truly have the same members -- it's not like there are three of us left, or two out of five. It's the real deal. It's five guys who have kept the Aerosmith name going for more than 40 years. I know we've talked about [a farewell tour], but nobody's been raising their hands saying 'yea' instead of 'nay.'"

Tyler has recently been pursuing a solo career in country music, while Perry has been performing with Johnny Depp and Alice Cooper as the Hollywood Vampires.

Which rockstar shared a story of his duet with Taylor Swift at Paul McCartney's house?

In a video posted to YouTube, former Nirvana drummer and Foo Fighters frontman Dave Grohl shares a story about a duet he sang with Taylor Swift at a party at Paul McCartney's house.

While performing an acoustic set at Cannes Lions festival in France , Grohl recalled a recent party at McCartney's home where McCartney surprised guests with an impromptu performance.

"Just so you know," Grohl said, "Paul McCartney is the baddest mother[expletive] in the world."

After McCartney's show, partygoers turned to Grohl and requested he play a song as well.

Only, as Grohl explains, he can't play piano and all of McCartney's guitars are left-handed.

"And also," Grohl said laughing, "I maybe smoked a little pot."

As Grohl is questioning his capabilities, he says Taylor Swift - who was also in attendance - stood up and offered to play.

"I was like, oh thank God! Taylor Swift is here," Grohl said.

Swift sits down at the piano and starts to play while Grohl is attempting to figure out one of McCartney's left-handed bass guitars, when he says he realizes that the song Swift is playing is one of his own.

"I looked at my wife and was like, I know this song," Grohl said. "And she was [expletive] playing our song 'Best of You!'"

"As if I wasn't high enough," he said laughing.

Grohl ended his story by breaking into the same song, which was released by the Foo Fighters in 2004 and subsequently nominated for a Grammy for Best Rock Song.
