What's Up...
I don't understand Japanese Game Shows, but they are entertaining. It seems that every game show in Japan
follows the same premise:

Take contestants and put them into the most unusual,
difficult and painful situations and never let up on them
for a moment.

The prizes must be something extraordinary for these guys to put up with this abuse. I hope it's not a years supply of car wax.
