So who's ready for Thanksgiving? I can't wait. I'm hosting it this year but I'm not cooking!

Yep, I'm lucky enough to have my brother and sister-in-law living next door so their doing the cooking and family and friends are coming to my home due to their nutso dog, Milo.

Milo is all of nine pounds but mean, mean, mean... to people he doesn't know that is. The poor thing is a rescue dog and he just is afraid of everything and lashes out when he's afraid.

I like the little bugger and he loves to come over to my house. My cat Slinky doesn't like him visiting and let's him know he's the boss.

Amy Adams to play Janis Joplin in biopic 'Get It While You Can'
Amy Adams' long-awaited plans to play rock icon Janis Joplin on the big screen are about to become a reality.

The biopic Get It While You Can is expected to start production in mid-2015.

Joplin died of a heroin overdose in 1970. She was 27.

Bono fractured Eye Socket, Shoulder Blade and Arm in Cycling Accident
Bono's cycling-related injuries this month were worse than originally reported but he is expected to make a full recovery.

The band canceled a five-night stint on The Tonight Show, explaining their lead singer broke his arm during a Nov. 16 bicycle mishap in New York's Central Park. The precise circumstances of the accident have not been reported.

However, Bono's orthopedic trauma surgeon has since released a statement to Rolling Stone magazine, detailing the Irish rocker's more serious injuries.

Among the singer's wounds were a facial fracture involving the orbit of his eye, three separate fractures of his left shoulder blade and a fracture of his left humerus bone in his upper arm.

"The bone of his humerus was driven though his skin and the bone was in six different pieces," said a statement from Dean Lorich, an orthopedic trauma surgeon at New York Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center and Hospital For Special Surgery.

"He will require intensive and progressive therapy, however, a full recovery is expected."

Is 'karma' Tweet Credited to Lisa Bonet a Dig At Her TV Dad Bill Cosby?
A cryptic tweet about karma attributed to actress Lisa Bonet has sparked speculation she is taking aim at her former TV father Bill Cosby, who has been accused of raping more than a dozen women over the last several decades.

"According to the karma of past actions, one's destiny unfolds, even though everyone wants to be so lucky... Nothing stays in the dark 4ever!" said a post on Bonet's purported Twitter account, which was later deactivated, The New York Post said.

Bonet's manager had denied any connection between the Twitter account and the actress.

Bonet, 47, played Denise Huxtable on the classic 1980s sitcom The Cosby Show.

Cosby played Denise's doting doctor dad Cliff on the series, but the Post said rumors have persisted for years about tension between the co-stars. The buzz was usually credited, however, to Bonet's decision to go against The Cosby Show's clean-cut image and appear in a sex scene with Mickey Rourke in Angel Heart in 1987 and a nude photo spread in a magazine a year later.

They Really Are Close Friends
Ben Affleck and wife Jennifer Garner will spend Thanksgiving with Matt Damon.

The actor and actress, both 42, detailed their plans in an interview with Us Weekly at the Save the Children Illumination Gala on Wednesday. Affleck and Damon are well known for their longtime friendship, and regularly celebrate holidays together.

"My mother is staying with us now and we'll all go down the street to Matt Damon's house," Affleck shared. "We're all invited. Matt and my family are all like one big extended family for Thanksgiving. I'm looking forward to it a lot."

"This year we're going to Matt's house, but usually I cook and Casey [Affleck] and his family come over," Garner added. "This year Casey is going to be in Boston and we'll be home. I'll still cook some stuff. Ben and the kids want me to take my grandmother's sweet potato pudding, so I'll make that."

Affleck and Damon have been friends since childhood, and came to fame with their 1997 film Good Will Hunting.

Kevin James and Wife Expecting Fourth Child
Steffiana de la Cruz and husband Kevin James are expecting their fourth child.

The 40-year-old actress and 49-year-old actor are already parents to 9-year-old daughter Sienna-Marie, 7-year-old daughter Shea and 3-year-old son Kannon. De la Cruz and James met on a blind date and married in 2004.

"You kinda loosen up with the second child a bit, which is nice," James said on the Today show in 2011. "The first child...I was 10-2 on the wheel in the right lane 30 miles an hour on the highway with the flashers going. Second kid, I had the top down. I was steering with my knees."

De la Cruz appeared alongside her husband in Paul Blart: Mall Cop (2009) and Zookeeper (2011). The actress also guest starred several times on The King of Queens, the CBS comedy starring James as Doug Heffernan.

Robin Thicke has reportedly moved on from his failed marriage to actress Paula Patton by dating a young model.

Robin split from his wife of almost nine years in February, and he spent months attempting to win her back by publicly declaring his love for her onstage and even naming his most recent album "Paula."

However, Paula was not interested in a reconciliation and filed for divorce in October.

It now appears that Robin has put his broken marriage behind him by romancing model April Love Geary.

The rumored couple has yet to speak out about the reports or step out in public, but Geary has been dropping hints about her budding relationship by posting a series of 'selfies' on her Instagram.com page - with each snap seemingly taken inside Robin's home.

It's Ryan Gosling... the rumor was that Ryan deemed himself "too serious" and "too artsy" for the title, but People has refuted the rumor as untrue.

"While I look forward to the day when Ryan Gosling is named Sexiest Man Alive, this was not his year," editorial director Jess Cagle said in a statement. "Our 2014 honoree Chris Hemsworth was our first and only choice. If you want to know why, just look at him. I mean, seriously."
