Here's the Scoop...

Jada Pinkett Smith talks about past addiction issues U.S. actress Jada Pinkett Smith revealed on her Facebook page she successfully battled unspecified addictions in the past. Smith, who is married to actor Will Smith, did not say to what she was addicted, or when and how she dealt with the problem. Instead, she focused on the wisdom the experience helped her acquire. "What I learned about myself is this, when I was younger I was not a good problem solver, meaning I had a very difficult time with dealing with my problems in life," E! News quoted her as writing. "But today, at 42, I have my wisdom, my heart and my conscience as the only tools to overcome life's inevitable obstacles. I have become a good problem solver with those tools, and I am damn proud," she said. "What I hope is that we all continue to gain healthy understanding that life is really about, solving problems, and also about us learning to become masters at solving them." E! News said Pinkett Smith's post follows months of speculation she and her husband are headed for divorce after 16 years of marriage.

CeeLo Green debuts new Henna head tattoo on 'The Voice'

The head tattoo CeeLo Green debuted on the season premiere of "The Voice" in Los Angeles is only temporary Henna ink, E! News reported. The recording artist revealed his latest body decoration, which covers his entire skull, on the singing competition series Monday night. Although this artwork is temporary, Green has numerous permanent tattoos, E! News said. "I think that the tree on my back gave me the most pain," Green told Q magazine in 2011. "When you get your arms done ... if you can see what's going on, then maybe, psychologically, you think you can control it," he said. "Apparently you can because it doesn't hurt so bad. With your back, you're lying on your front getting the tattoo and you just feel totally out of control. You can't get a gauge on whether they're close to completion, so I gave up on it and I have an unfinished tattoo on my back. It was meant to be a family tree; I haven't been in a rush to finish it."

Universal offers glimpse of 'Dumb and Dumber To'

Production has begun on "Dumb and Dumber To," the big-screen sequel starring Jeff Daniels and Jim Carrey, Hollywood's Universal Pictures said Tuesday. The studio released a photo Tuesday showing Daniels and Carrey in costume, sharing a laugh, on the film's set. The followup to 1994's "Dumb and Dumber" is to be released in 2014. Co-starring Kathleen Turner and Laurie Holden, the film is being directed by fraternal filmmakers Peter and Bobby Farrelly. "Jim Carrey and Jeff Daniels reprise their signature roles as Lloyd and Harry in the long-demanded sequel to the smash hit that took the physical comedy and kicked it in the nuts: 'Dumb and Dumber To,'" Universal said in a news release Tuesday. "Joined by the original film's directors, Peter and Bobby Farrelly, they take Lloyd and Harry on a road trip to find a child Harry never knew he had and the responsibility neither should ever, ever be given."
