Kelly Osbourne has a hot new body... and now a brand new job
The Dancing With the Stars runner-up, 25, is joining Dr. Phil
as a contributor beginning March 24.
Kelly says that she's "excited" to join the talk show.
"It offers a great opportunity for me to bring a youthful
perspective and opinion on the issues that affect our selves,
our families and society as a whole, and I'm very honored to
be a part of it," she says. "I really hope I can use my life
experiences to do some good."
Dr. Phil calls her "an excellent addition... She has dealt
with drug addiction as well as addictions within her family.
She's also fought the battle with obesity, and the public
scrutiny that often accompanies it."

Michael Jackson's Doctor Hid Propofol Before Dialing 911...
Dialing 911 wasn't the only concern of Michael Jackson's physician
as the entertainer was dying, a new report says.
In between performing CPR, but before calling for help, Dr. Conrad
Murray stashed away vials of drugs and an IV bag apparently
containing a sedative later blamed for Jackson's death.
The AP report quotes from witness statements that paint a dramatic
picture of Michael's final moments, and which could play an
important role in the prosecution of Dr. Murray, who is charged
with one count of involuntary manslaughter.
Jackson aide Alberto Alvarez told investigators that last June 25
he rushed to Michael's room and saw the star in his bed with an
IV attached to his leg. Michaels's mouth and eyes were wide open
and there was no sign of life.
Dr. Murray performed mouth-to-mouth resuscitation while Alberto
took over CPR. At one point, Dr. Murray halted CPR so he could
collect rubber-topped vials, which he told Alberto to put in a
plastic bag, then into a brown canvass bag.
Dr. Murray also had Alberto remove an IV bag containing a milky
white substance from a stand and put it in a blue canvas bag.
Two days later, Dr. Murray directed police to a closet in
Michael's bedroom where they found propofol, which is milky
white, and other sedatives in a bag.

Kim and Reggie Are Unsure "Where Relationship Will Go"...
The blogs are abuzz this week that on-again couple Kim Kardashian
and Reggie Bush are on the rocks.
The truth?
The two "aren't sure where their relationship will go," a source
close to the couple says.
Reggie, a 24-year-old running back for the New Orleans Saints, and
Kim, 29, have been dating since 2007 before her E! show Keeping Up
With the Kardashians became a huge hit. (They briefly called it
quits last year.)
"Her fame is just a little too much for him to handle," the source =
comments. "She travels the world and has created brands. He just
can't keep up. They are unsure of what will happen in the future."
Should they part ways for good, the source insists they will keep
things amicable.
"Kim doesn't want to seem upset or heartbroken," adds the source.

Lady Gaga defends controversial 'Telephone' video...
Lady Gaga has defended the raunchy video for her new track
"Telephone," insisting the film is "groundbreaking."
The nine-and-a-half minute long promo has caused a stir online,
attracting more than 12 million views in the three days after
it debuted on YouTube.
It shows Gaga being taken into a women-only prison and includes
scenes of nudity, swearing, a lesbian kiss and simulated murder.
Gaga even refers to rumors she has both male and female sex
organs, by pixelating her genitalia in the raunchy footage.
But despite some backlash over the promo, which co-stars
Beyonce, Gaga is pleased she touched on subjects of
homosexuality and is adamant the video will be remembered for
a long time.
She says, "There are transsexual women and transgender women
and suddenly it becomes poisonous and something else because
there are some people in this world that believe being gay is
a choice. It's not a choice, we're born this way. That's why
for me this video is groundbreaking because it has one foot
in the art community and one foot in the commercial world.
"I told Beyonce this after it aired, you'll see this video is
not just great now but six months from now what this video
will mean. Hearing people say the video is sadomasochistic or
that the video promotes murder for young people, it's my
personal belief that the video is getting so much attention
not because of those themes because I've done those themes
before, haven't I?
"There are no rules or limits when it comes to love. But I see
love as separate from sex."

Sandra Bullock Backs Out of Another Premiere...
The Berlin, Germany premiere of The Blind Side has been scrapped,
a Warner Bros. rep confirms. The reason? Its Oscar-winning star,
Sandra Bullock, has cancelled her planned appearance.
It's the second time in less than a week that Sandra has bailed
on an international red carpet event for her hit film.
Last Wednesday, she pulled out of this week's Blind Side screening
in London amid tabloid reports of husband Jesse James' 11-month
affair with tattooed model Michelle "Bombshell" McGee. The
screening is still reportedly taking place without her.
Jesse, married to Sandra for nearly five years, recently released
the following statement:
"The vast majority of the allegations reported are untrue and
unfounded. Beyond that, I will not dignify these private matters
with any further public comment. There is only one person to blame
for this whole situation, and that is me. It's because of my poor
judgment that I deserve everything bad that is coming my way. This
has caused my wife and kids pain and embarrassment beyond
comprehension and I am extremely saddened to have brought this on
them. I am truly very sorry for the grief I have caused them. I
hope one day they can find it in their hearts to forgive me."
Last week, Sandra reportedly moved out of the Huntington Beach,
Calif. she and her husband shared.
Since the scandal broke, Jesse has stepped out in public, dropping
his children off at school, returning to work at West Coast Choppers,
wearing his wedding ring.
Sandra remains in hiding.

It's Anne Hathaway...
The Italian businessman was sentenced to four-and-a-half years
behind bars in December 2008 after pleading guilty to 14 counts
of wire fraud, conspiracy and money laundering.
The "Devil Wears Prada" actress dumped Follieri in June 2008,
shortly before he was arrested by federal authorities and
admitted to scamming more than $3.6 million from investment
and real estate firms.
The star has since embarked on a relationship with actor Adam
Shulman - but Follieri has been finding it hard to move on,
and regularly writes to Hathaway begging for a second chance,
according to Britain's Sunday Express.
A source tells the publication, "Anne fears anything she says
to him will lead to a fresh avalanche of mail. The letters are
not only torturing Anne, they are putting pressure on her new
relationship."
