Here's the Scoop...

Here's a story from the 'Wait! I'm Confused' File.

Actor Jon Bernthal is set to return to AMC's The Walking Dead during Season 9 of the long-running zombie drama.

Bernthal will star in an upcoming episode when The Walking Dead returns for Season 9 in the fall, Variety reported.

The actor, who currently stars as Marvel anti-hero The Punisher on Netflix, previously portrayed former police officer Shane Walsh in the first two seasons of The Walking Dead before his character died during a fight with Andrew Lincoln's Rick Grimes.

It remains unknown how Bernthal will be featured once again on the series, which has brought back former cast members before through the use of flashbacks.

Bernthal's brief return comes as Lincoln plans on exiting the show in Season 9. Fellow series mainstay Lauren Cohan is also expected to make an exit during the next season, with the actress set to appear in a handful of new episodes before departing.

The Walking Dead was renewed for a ninth season in January. Executive producer Scott M. Gimple was promoted to chief content officer of the The Walking Dead television brand with Angela King now serving as executive producer and showrunner.

The character of Shane was killed, turned into a zombie, and then was killed again. I'm guessing flashbacks here. What say you?

Do you still watch The Walking Dead? I gave up on it in the third season. When the zombies are smarter, more organized, and more compelling than the living characters it's time to turn the channel.

Be Well,
Steve

The 27-year-old actress appeared to hint in an Instagram video Sunday that her character Madison Montgomery will appear in the upcoming Murder House and Coven crossover season.

Which actor honored James Shaw Jr. at MTV Movie & TV Awards?

Black Panther star Chadwick Boseman honored Waffle House hero James Shaw Jr. onstage during the 2018 MTV Movie & TV Awards.

Shaw Jr. entered into the national spotlight in April when he disarmed gunman Travis Reinking at a Waffle House in Nashville after he had killed four people.

Shaw Jr. was credited with saving several lives after he was able to throw the assault rifle Reinking used over the counter. Shaw Jr. then pushed Reinking out of the resturant where he fled and was later caught by police.
