Hello Video Lovers,

One of the most dangerous, and maybe one of the funniest guys in mixed martial arts is Sebastiaan 'Bas' Rutten.

While his competitive career is over, Bas has made a name for himself as a commentator, an actor, and as you'll see in today's video, a self-defense expert.

And while he is definitely an expert, it is his eccentric and somewhat oddball delivery which makes this video so fun to watch.

How many self defense instructors come with their own sound effects? "Bong, bong, bong, dangitty, dangitty, dang!"
