Galatians 5:22-23

But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, long-suffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control.

Greetings Bible Enthusiast!

Ephesians 4:26, "Be angry, and do not sin." Yeah, easy said, but how do you stop yourself in a heat of passion, when the words want to come flying out of your mouth? Self-control! When you feel the mercury rising, remove yourself from the situation, if at all possible, (if not, detach yourself in your mind), and pray for help. Force yourself to count to 100, if you need to, in order to calm down enough to pray. Exercise is a great relief valve, too.

God Bless You!

--FEATURED FUNNY:

"So, how did you do?" the boss asked his new salesman after his first day on the road.

"All I got were two orders."

"What were they? Anything good?"

"Nope," the salesman replied. "They were 'Get out!' and 'Stay out!"

--ANSWER TO TRIVIA QUESTION:

Q. In Hebrews 3:10, it speaks of how God swore in His wrath, 'They shall not enter My rest.' Why?

A. Because He was angry with that generation.

Therefore I was angry with that generation,
And said, 'They always go astray in their heart,
And they have not known My ways.'
So I swore in My wrath,
'They shall not enter My rest.'"

Hebrews 3:10-11
