Here's the Scoop...

I'm glad to see that so many celebrities are literally putting their money where their mouths are. And here's another one...

Pop star Lady Gaga says she wants to help those devastated by recent natural disasters.

"While praying every day, I'm also donating $1Mil to relief efforts for Hurricanes Harvey, Irma, José, Maria and the Mexico City earthquake," the singer tweeted Saturday.

Earlier in the day, the Grammy winner re-tweeted a Noisey.Vice.com article titled, "Lady Gaga pioneered online fandom culture as we know it."

"What a killer article. Gettin' stronger everyday for my #LittleMonsters can't wait to get back on stage & be w u at JoanneWorldTour #PawsUp," Lady Gaga commented.

The recording artist announced last month she was canceling a scheduled Rock in Rio performance and the European leg of her concert tour due to her battle with the chronic illness fibromyalgia, which can cause extreme fatigue, sleep disturbances, depression and headaches.

It's nice to see that humanity is not dead.

Be Well,
Steve

Marilyn Manson injured during on-stage mishap at NYC show
Shock rocker Marilyn Manson was hospitalized Saturday night after a stage prop fell on him during his Heaven Upside Down concert at New York's Hammerstein Ballroom.

"Manson suffered an injury towards the end of his incredible NYC show. He is being treated at a local hospital," the singer's publicist told Rolling Stone magazine.

The New York Post quoted audience member Tim Jalbert as saying Manson was about halfway through his performance when he attempted to climb a large replica of two guns and a piece of the set fell on top of him.

"He was lying on the stage out cold. People were chanting: 'Manson! Manson!' The lights stayed down and they put up curtains around him as first responders worked on him," the witness said.

Manson was eventually transported to the hospital and the rest of his show was canceled.

The nature of his injuries and his current condition were unclear as of Sunday morning.

'Men in Black' spinoff in development, receives May 2019 release date
Sony is developing a Men in Black spinoff film that has received a May 17, 2019, release date.

The project is being scripted by Iron Man and Transformers: The Last Knight writers Matt Holloway and Art Marcum, noted The Hollywood Reporter.

Franchise stars Will Smith and Tommy Lee Jones, who famously portrayed agents J and K in the first three films in the series, are not expected to appear in the spinoff, which will focus on new characters.

Steven Spielberg is the executive producer and Walter F. Parkes and Laurie MacDonald are producers.

"It's so rare to get to the end of the script and know you're holding a movie in your hands, but Art and Matt have written a spinoff that somehow is true to the core of the MiB world and yet expands the franchise to a fresh new place," Parkes said while speaking with Deadline.

Previously, Sony was developing a Men in Black and 21 Jump Street crossover titled MiB 23 that was to feature Jump Streets stars Channing Tatum and Jonah Hill joining the alien fighting force, however, the new crossover film appears to have taken precedent at the studio.

Men in Black will release on the same day as Lionsgate's John Wick: Chapter 3 -- May 17, 2019.

Lil Wayne concert in South Carolina canceled due to security mishap
Lil Wayne failed to perform during a scheduled concert appearance Saturday in Columbia, South Carolina due to the rapper refusing to go through security.

Wayne was the headliner for the second annual Fall Ball at the Colonial Life Arena. The event featured performances from Cardi B and 2 Chainz who took the stage as planned.

The arena released a statement on the matter saying that Wayne "elected not to come into the building through the venue's standard safety procedures."

"The safety of its patrons, its performers, and its staff members is and continues to be the number one priority for Colonial Life Arena," it continued. "While we regret the artist's decision not to perform, Colonial Life Arena is not willing to bypass its security standards and jeopardize the safety of its patrons, performers, or staff members."

While Colonial Life promised concert goers a refund staring Monday, concert promoters are denying refunds," The Post and Courier reported. Promoters listed on concert announcements included Columbia based Victory Promotions and Ben Hated LLC.

Wayne last made headlines in September when he was hospitalized after suffering from multiple seizures. The incident led to fellow rapper T.I. replacing him at a Las Vegas gig.

Which member of the 'SATC' cast said she rejected 'Sex and the City 3' movie idea in 2016?

Kim Cattrall is responding to fans on Twitter who are asking about this week's announcement that there will be no Sex and the City 3 movie.

Cattrall's SATC co-star Sarah Jessica Parker confirmed to Extra this week that the project is dead. DailyMailTV quoted unnamed sources as saying it is because the producers couldn't reach an agreement with Cattrall.

"Woke 2 a @MailOnline [poop emoji] storm! The only 'DEMAND' I ever made was that I didn't want to do a 3rd film....& that was back in 2016," Cattrall tweeted Friday.

The actress responded to the post: "Let Kim be. She doesn't owe fans a third movie. The second was terrible as it was. And her projects since have been great!" with the one-word message, "Preach...."

"Just heard no SATC3. Sad. As an older woman, I'd love to see something about older women as they age. It's not explored," another fan told her.

Cattrall? answered with: "Try @SensitiveSkinTV on @netflix Totally explores a woman & her world in her 50's."

Cattrall retweeted this post without comment Friday: "Let's let @KimCattrall be. Let's enjoy our memories of SATC; be excited for her new ventures. Want more Kim? watch @SensitiveSkinTV."

The comedy series Sex and the City initially ran on HBO from 1998 to 2004. It was followed by theatrically released movies in 2008 and 2010.
