Here's the Scoop...

I was sad to hear about Larry King's health.

Larry King has announced that he was diagnosed with lung cancer in July and has already undergone treatment.

"It wasn't really a battle," King explained to Extra's Mario Lopez about how he dealt with testing positive for lung cancer.

"Part of my checkup is the chest X-ray, and that is the protocol. I do it every year... it was always normal. Then the doctor says, 'I see a little spot here. Let's do a CAT scan, so they do a CAT scan, and they say, 'Let's do a PET scan'... I don't think there are any other scans," the broadcasting legend continued about how a small spot was found on his lungs.

"They took it out. It was malignant. They were going to take it out if it was malignant or benign. They tested it. They said, 'You are fine.' It was stage 1," King said.

King underwent surgery at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles on July 17. "The doctor said to me, 'It was malignant but you were in the first stage. If it had stayed and we didn't find it, you would have had trouble in two or three years, but we got it and you were lucky,'" King said in an interview with Us Weekly.

The 83-year-old then recovered for two weeks before he returned to work. "They showed me my latest chest X-ray, which is all clear," he said. "It was fun to see where that spot was and there is no spot now. They took off 20 percent of the lung."

King notably stopped smoking after he had a heart attack in February 1987 which he says contributed to the lung cancer. King has also previously been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and prostate cancer which was treated with radiation and did not require surgery.

Larry King is immensely entertaining and hilarious. I think that's why his career has endured. He's the best in 'Ghostbusters'!

Be Well,
Steve

Mandy Moore is engaged to boyfriend Taylor Goldsmith
Mandy Moore is engaged to boyfriend Taylor Goldsmith after two years of dating, her This Is Us costars Chris Sullivan and Jon Huertas have confirmed.

"I was just in the studio with her boyfriend, well now fiance, Taylor. He didn't say a word! He seemed a little effervescent, but he's always pretty effervescent... I know him very well," Sullivan said to Entertainment Tonight Wednesday while attending a This Is Us soundtrack release party.

"I think it's amazing. Good for her. I'm happy for her," Huertas added about the engagement. "Taylor is an amazing guy. I love him so much. I love Mandy so much. I'm really happy that they're going to be joining the club!"

Moore was spotted wearing what appeared to be an engagement ring while visiting Caffe Luxxe in Los Angeles Tuesday, E! News reported.

The actress and Goldsmith, a musician, celebrated their anniversary in July. "The best 2 years. Never not smiling with you, T," Moore wrote on Instagram at the time alongside a photo of herself and Goldsmith smiling.

David Harbour shares photo of him dressed for 'Hellboy' re-boot
Stranger Things star David Harbour posted on Twitter a photo of him dressed in costume for his next project, a re-boot of the Hellboy film franchise.

"Please allow [me] to introduce myself, I'm a man of wealth and taste... #hellboy," Harbour captioned a black and white photo of himself standing in front of a staircase.

The actor is shirtless and wearing a long overcoat. He has the anti-hero's signature claw on his hand and sawed-off head horns, as well.

Ron Perlman and filmmaker Guillermo del Toro announced last February they would not return for a third movie in their live-action Hellboy franchise.

Based on graphic novels by writer-artist Mike Mignola and featuring Perlman as the titular demon, Hellboy was released in 2004 and its sequel Hellboy II: The Golden Army hit theaters in 2008. The movies co-starred Doug Jones, Selma Blair and the late John Hurt. The cast members also reprised their roles vocally in two direct-to-video, animated movies.

Harbour is taking over the lead role in the new, live-action installment, under the direction of Neil Marshall.
