2 Timothy 3:14-17

But you must continue in the things which you have learned and been assured of, knowing from whom you have learned them, and that from childhood you have known the Holy Scriptures, which are able to make you wise for salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus.

All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work.

Greetings Bible Enthusiast!

There are so many things written about the Bible, one could get lost in a sea of ideas and opinions. The best resource on the Bible is the Bible itself; it clarifies and complements itself. That makes it the best place to start when embarking upon the journey to discover truth.

If we do more than casually read a few verses once in a while, if we truly study to show ourselves approved by God, then we will become a worker who does not need to be ashamed, rightly understanding the word of truth!
(2 Timothy 2:15)

God Bless You!

--ANSWER TO TRIVIA QUESTION:

Q. Which two apostles were called Zeus and Hermes while they were in Lystra?

A. Barnabas and Paul

Now when the people saw what Paul had done, they raised their voices, saying in the Lycanonian language, "The gods have come down to us in the likeness of men!"

And Barnabas they called Zeus, and Paul, Hermes, because he was the chief speaker... But when the apostles Barnabas and Paul heard this, they tore their clothes...and said, "Men, why are you doing these things? We also are men with the same nature as you..."

Acts 14:11-15

This event was in response to the healing by Paul of a man who had been crippled from birth.
