Here's the Scoop...
I'm not a hip cat. An example of this is my lack of awareness of what 'Carpool Karaoke' is exactly. Another example of my not being cool is I don't know who Sophie Turner and Maisie Williams are other than ladies who star on 'Game of Thrones', according to the article below.
Anywho, Game of Thrones stars Sophie Turner and Maisie Williams are teaming up for "Carpool Karaoke."
The 21-year-old actress and 19-year-old star, who play Sansa and Arya Stark on the hit HBO show, will sing in a new "Carpool Karaoke" series for Apple Music.
"STARKpool Karaoke? Lane of Thrones? @SophieT and @Maisie_Williams from @GameOfThrones are shooting a #CarpoolKaraoke for @applemusic!" the Carpool Karaoke Twitter account announced Sunday.
"Carpool Karaoke" is a recurring segment on The Late Late Show with James Corden. Apple purchased rights in July to an unscripted series based on the popular segment, which it will distribute on Apple Music.
"We love music, and 'Carpool Karaoke' celebrates it in a fun and unique way that is a hit with audiences of all ages," Apple senior vice president of Internet software and services Eddy Cue said at the time.
Turner and Williams made the announcement while attending SXSW in Austin. The actresses spoke on a panel Sunday with Game of Thrones creators David Benioff and Dan Weiss, who confirmed singer Ed Sheeran will guest star in Season 7.
"For years, we tried to get Ed Sheeran on the show to surprise Maisie, and this year we finally did it," Benioff said.
Game of Thrones will return for an abbreviated seventh season July 16. The series, which co-stars Emilia Clarke and Kit Harington, will come to a final close after Season 8 in 2018.
Oh, and if you're a fan of 'GOT', there's another story about the popular series in today's issue. Please, enjoy!
Be Well,
Steve

Jennifer Lopez, Alex Rodriguez vacation in the Bahamas
Jennifer Lopez and rumored new boyfriend Alex Rodriguez are vacationing in the Bahamas.
The 47-year-old singer appeared to share a first photo with the 41-year-old former MLB star on Instagram following her reported split from Drake.
Lopez posted a grainy picture Sunday on Instagram Stories of a man, who looked like Rodriguez, kissing her head. She quickly deleted the photo.
Lopez and Rodriguez arrived in the Bahamas on Friday and are staying at Bakers Bay Gold & Ocean Club, according to Page Six. The pair first sparked dating rumors last week after reportedly meeting through mutual friends.
"[They were introduced by] mutual friends who put this idea together," a source told Entertainment Tonight.
"Alex and Jennifer ran into each other about a month or so ago in L.A.," the insider added. "They're both single, have these huge careers and their families are their No. 1 priorities. They have a lot in common and friends thought they could be really good together."
Lopez shares 9-year-old twins Max and Emme with ex-husband Marc Anthony, while the former New York Yankees star is dad to two daughters, 12-year-old Natasha and 8-year-old Ella, with ex-wife Cynthia Scurtis. Lopez split from Drake in February.
"This is very, very new," a source recently told E! News. "Jennifer and Alex are both not looking for a relationship, just a good, light-hearted time. They are on the exact same page."
Cast of Fox's new 'X-Men' series assemble for group photos
The cast of Fox's upcoming X-Men series including stars Jamie Chung, Natalie Alyn Lind and Stephen Moyer have been featured together for a series of group photos.
"Cast reading of 'Gifted,'" X-Men film series producer Lauren Shuler Donner wrote on Twitter Friday referencing the working title for the series as the cast assembled for a table read.
Along with Moyer, Chung, Lind, Amy Acker and Coby Bell, The Originals star Joseph Morgan was also pictured in the photo, however, he has not been cast in the series and was on hand only for the read-through Entertainment Weekly reports.
The cast was then seen posing with X-Men film director Bryan Singer as they departed for Dallas from an airport.
"Watch out. X-men are coming for you Dallas. #mutantsquad," Lind captured the image on Instagram which featured the crew making the letter "X" with their arms.
The pilot, from Burn Notice creator Matt Nix, will focus on two ordinary parents who are on the run from the government after it's discovered their children have mutant powers. Once they join up with an underground mutant resistance, they begin to fight back in order to survive.
