Here's the Scoop...

Beloved television actress Betty White celebrated her 95th birthday Tuesday. (Oh, and FYI, I'm wearing my 'Golden Girls' t-shirt while I write this.)

"No better way to kick off 95 than with a visit from my dear friend, @katiecouric. @YahooNews," White tweeted, along with a photo of White and broadcast journalist Katie Couric smiling together.

White, a passionate animal-rights advocate, is holding a stuffed sloth, while Couric offers her a candle-lit fruit and custard tart.

The Emmy Award-winning actress is best known for her work in the classic sitcoms The Mary Tyler Moore Show, Golden Girls and Hot in Cleveland. She has also had scene-stealing roles in the films Lake Placid and The Proposal.

I love Betty White! And I hope she had the happiest of birthdays!

Be Well,
Steve

Lady Gaga on Super Bowl halftime show: 'I've been planning this since I was 4'
Lady Gaga detailed her upcoming Superbowl halftime performance as part of a new behind-the-scenes featurette.

"I've been planning this since I was four, so I know exactly what I'm going to do," the pop star says in a video posted by the Super Bowl Tuesday on Twitter.

"For me, it's all about giving to the fans and bringing people together that wouldn't normally come together. The thing is, it's such a big world stage in terms of how many people see it and it's been done so many times," she continued.

"I think the challenge is to look at it and say, 'What can I do differently? How can I elevate certain little things here and there, and also make it about the music?' This is where I'm supposed to be."

Footage of dance rehearsals -- led by choreographer Richy Jackson -- are also featured.

"We're gonna see a humble, appreciative yet showmanship side of Gaga," Jackson states.

Gaga has kept fans up to date on her preparations for the Super Bowl on social media sharing looks into backyard rehearsals at her home.

Gaga was announced as the Super Bowl LI halftime performer in September. The singer will take the stage live on Feb. 5 at the NRG stadium in Houston, Texas.

Jerry Seinfeld to bring new 'Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee' and stand-up shows to Netflix
New episodes of Jerry Seinfeld's Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee will premiere exclusively on Netflix in late 2017, the streaming service announced Tuesday.

Seinfeld also has agreed to tape two, new stand-up specials, and will help develop scripted and non-scripted comedy programming for Netflix.

"Jerry is known the world over as both a great TV innovator and beloved comic voice," Ted Sarandos, chief content officer at Netflix, said in a statement. "We are incredibly proud to welcome him to the Netflix comedy family."

"When I first started thinking about Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee, the entire Netflix business model consisted of mailing out DVDs in envelopes. I love that we are now joining together, both at very different points," added Seinfeld, who produces, directs and hosts the show. "I am also very excited to be working with Ted Sarandos at Netflix, a guy and a place that not only have the same enthusiasm for the art of stand-up comedy as I do, but the most amazing technology platform to deliver it in a way that has never existed before. I am really quite charged up to be moving there."

Prior seasons of Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee -- which originally streamed on Crackle -- will also soon become available exclusively on Netflix.

Which E.T. star plays a suburban cannibal in new trailer for 'Santa Clarita Diet'?

Human flesh is on the menu for Drew Barrymore in the first official trailer for Netflix's upcoming dark comedy, Santa Clarita Diet.

The clip released Tuesday, tells the story of suburban mom Sheila (Barrymore) and how she develops a new taste for blood after seemingly dying.

Unable to ignore her urges but unwilling to give up her family, Shelia enlists the help of her husband Joel (Timothy Olyphant) in order to track down people in Los Angeles who deserve in their eyes to die through the use of their reality company.

"I guess the prototype would have to be a young, single Hitler," Olyphant is heard describing the perfect victim for Barrymore to devour. "God, we'd be heroes," she responds.

"Joel and Sheila Hammond are realtors leading vaguely discontented lives in the L.A. suburb of Santa Clarita, until Sheila goes through a dramatic change sending both their lives down a road of death and destruction... but in a good way," reads the synopsis.

Also starring Nathan Fillion, Liv Hewson, and Skylar Gisondo, Santa Clarita Diet is set to premiere on Netflix starting Feb. 3.
