Hello Animal Lovers,
My brother got a new dog! Hes a pure white husky with blue eyes named Ghost (after the Game of Thrones direwolf of course!) He looks just like a little wolf, so it inspired me to find a neat clip about wolves this week.
When Yellowstone National Park reintroduced wolves into the ecosystem after nearly 60 years of being absent, scientists discovered something amazing. What would turn out to be prey for the wolves would start migrating away from certain areas of the park - deer would move away, and natural resources would skyrocket. Trees, grass and plants would start to grow wilder than before, sustaining new life. Theres more in the video, but thats just a taste.
This awe-inspiring video explains it all very well, and gives you a newfound appreciation for wolves!
