Want a easy quick way to soften cream cheese without melting it? Place it in a plastic food storage bag and seal. Submerge the bag in a bowl of warm water, in about two minutes the cream cheese will be ready to use.

Need to chill a bottle of white wine in a flash? Try this
tip...place the wine in a bucket or tall container filled
with ice, water and a large handful of salt. In less than 10 minutes your wine will be perfectly chilled. How, you ask? The salt causes the ice to melt at a lower temperature which chills up the water faster.
